Quality Assurance Standards. The DPS Provider and any Sub-contractor or Specialist employed by the Provider to perform any services under any Call-Off Contract(s) resulting from this DPS Agreement shall hold valid ISO9001 certification, or equivalent, for the specific functions for which they are employed or will work to a set of quality standards agreed with the Contracting Authority at the start of the Call Off Contract(s), to be in line with ISO9001 and reviewed by the Contracting Authority. Different levels and/or types of Insurance The Provider shall put in place and maintain in force the following insurances with the following minimum cover per claim. If this default position is not appropriate in relation to the nature and risks of an individual call –off contract, the Provider shall effect and maintain the different types and /or levels of insurance required by a Contracting Authority in respect of a call –off contract. Type of insurance required Minimum cover Employer’s liability insurance £5M Public liability insurance £2M The level of cover may be increased by a Contracting Authority for individual call –off contracts when there are exceptional risks on the site of the works. All Risk Insurance £1M As this covers any possible damage to the contracts works, the level of cover may be adjusted by a Contracting Authority for individual call-off contracts. The level of cover should be for a minimum of the contract value plus all possible extras and inflation to contract completion. Professional indemnity insurance £1M As this covers design responsibility for design and build projects, the level of cover may be adjusted by a Contracting Authority for individual call-off contracts. The level of cover should be a minimum of twice the contract value of the work plus any exceptional risks and not less than £1m Guarantee Promptly following the execution of this DPS Agreement, the Provider shall, if it has not already delivered an executed deed of guarantee to the Authority, deliver the executed deed of guarantee to the Authority as required by the procurement process followed by the Authority. Failure to comply with this Key Provision shall be an irremediable breach of this DPS Agreement.
Quality Assurance Standards. Interested parties are required to comply with the following Quality Assurance Standards or equivalent: EN ISO 9001:2015. In case of consortia/joint members, the above Quality Assurance Standards must be met by the consortium/joint venture Lead Member.
Quality Assurance Standards. Growthfund shall recognize equivalent certificates issued by bodies accredited by equivalent accreditation bodies based in other Member States. It also accepts other evidence of equivalent quality assurance measures, provided that the Interested Party concerned has not been able to obtain such certificates within the relevant time limits for reasons for which it is not responsible, provided that the economic operator proves that the proposed quality assurance measures meet the required quality assurance standards. Interested Parties that are consortia/joint ventures shall be required to include the above documentation in relation to at least the Lead Member.

The contractor personnel shall perform services under this contract in accordance with the ethical, professional, and technical standards of the healthcare industry, and must meet, or exceed, the current quality assurance standards recognized by The Joint Commission and mandated by VHA quality assurance policies and/or performance measures.
