Quality Control Program (QCP). The Contractor is responsible for the delivery of quality services/supplies to the Government in accordance with FAR 52.246-4, Inspection of Services – Fixed-Price and 52.246-5, Inspection of Services – Cost Reimbursement. The Contractor shall develop and maintain an effective QCP to ensure services are performed in accordance with (IAW) this PWS. The QCP must be forwarded to and accepted by the KO. The Contractor shall develop and implement procedures to identify, prevent, and ensure non-recurrence of deficiencies. The Contractor’s QCP is the means by which the Contractor assures that the work complies with the requirement of the contract. The QCP, as a minimum, shall address continuous process improvement; procedures for scheduling, conducting and documentation of inspection; discrepancy identification and correction; corrective action procedures to include procedures for addressing Government discovered non- conformances; procedures for root cause analysis to identify the root cause and root cause corrective action to prevent re-occurrence of discrepancies; procedures for trend analysis; procedures for collecting and addressing customer feedback/complaints. The Contractor shall upon request provide to the Government their quality control documentation. The Contractor shall develop and submit, within 30 days after contract award, electronic copies of a comprehensively written QCP to the Contracting Officer (KO) and Contracting Officer's Representative (COR), and within 5 working days when changes are made thereafter. The Contractor shall review and validate their QCP with the KO each task order. After acceptance of the QCP the Contractor shall receive the Contracting Officer’s acceptance in writing of any proposed change to their QC system.

Quality Control Program (QCP). The Contractor shall develop, implement and maintain an effective quality control program which shall be documented in a Quality Control Plan (QCP) IAW Deliverable A011, to ensure services are performed in accordance with (IAW) this PWS. The QCP must be forwarded to and accepted by the KO. The Contractor shall develop and implement procedures to identify, prevent, and ensure non-recurrence of deficiencies. The Contractor’s QCP is the means by which the Contractor assures that the work complies with the requirement of the contract. The Contractor shall submit its QCP to the KO for acceptance within thirty (30) calendar days after contract is awarded. After acceptance of the QCP the Contractor shall receive the Contracting Officer’s (KO) acceptance in writing of any proposed change to the QCP. The Contractor shall submit any changes in the QCP to the KO for approval five (5) working days prior to implementation.

Quality Control Program (QCP). The contractor shall formulate and implement a quality control program including a quality control policy that outlines the contractor’s goals, objectives and standards. The program shall detail the methods, procedures, and processes used to meet PWS, regulatory, and contractor’s quality processes requirements. The program shall emphasize deficiency prevention over deficiency detection, be compliant with all elements of the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 9001:2015, and encompass the entire contract scope. The contractors QCP is the means by which it assures itself that its work complies with the requirements of the contract. This program shall encompass work ranging from scheduled routine maintenance of standard material to unscheduled maintenance of unique material that exists only in small numbers. The contractors QCP shall be flexible enough to accommodate widely varying requirements. The QCP shall address at a minimum the following requirements:

  • Quality Control Program The Contractor shall describe the Quality Control Program in a written document which shall be reviewed by the Engineer prior to the start of any production, construction, or off-site fabrication. The written Quality Control Program shall be submitted to the Engineer for review at least ten (10) calendar days before the start of construction. The Quality Control Program shall be organized to address, as a minimum, the following items:

  • Quality Control Plan Within forty five (45) days after the design development documents are approved, the Design-Builder shall develop a quality control plan for the Project (the “Quality Control Plan”). A draft of the Quality Control Plan shall be submitted to the Department and shall be subject to the Department’s review and approval. The Quality Control Plan shall be tailored to the specific products/type of construction activities contemplated by the GMP Basis Documents, and in general, shall include a table of contents, quality control team organization, duties/responsibilities of quality control personnel, submittal procedures, inspection procedures, deficiency correction procedures, documentation process, and a list of any other specific actions or procedures that will be required for key elements of the Work.

  • Quality Control A. Controlled Affiliate agrees to use the Licensed Marks and Name only in connection with the licensed services and further agrees to be bound by the conditions regarding quality control shown in attached Exhibit A as they may be amended by BCBSA from time-to-time.

  • Quality control system (i) The Contractor shall establish a quality control mechanism to ensure compliance with the provisions of this Agreement (the “Quality Assurance Plan” or “QAP”).

  • Quality Assurance/Quality Control Contractor shall establish and maintain a quality assurance/quality control program which shall include procedures for continuous control of all construction and comprehensive inspection and testing of all items of Work, including any Work performed by Subcontractors, so as to ensure complete conformance to the Contract with respect to materials, workmanship, construction, finish, functional performance, and identification.   • Use; Quality Control a. Neither party may alter the other party’s trademarks from the form provided and must comply with removal requests as to specific uses of its trademarks or logos.

  • Required Procurement Procedures for Obtaining Goods and Services The Grantee shall provide maximum open competition when procuring goods and services related to the grant-assisted project in accordance with Section 287.057, Florida Statutes.

  • Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) Capability The wind plant shall provide SCADA capability to transmit data and receive instructions from the ISO and/or the Connecting Transmission Owner for the Transmission District to which the wind generating plant will be interconnected, as applicable, to protect system reliability. The Connecting Transmission Owner for the Transmission District to which the wind generating plant will be interconnected and the wind plant Developer shall determine what SCADA information is essential for the proposed wind plant, taking into account the size of the plant and its characteristics, location, and importance in maintaining generation resource adequacy and transmission system reliability in its area.

  • Quality Assurance Program An employee shall be entitled to leave of absence without loss of earnings from her or his regularly scheduled working hours for the purpose of writing examinations required by the College of Nurses of Ontario arising out of the Quality Assurance Program.

  • Quality Management System Supplier hereby undertakes, warrants and confirms, and will ensue same for its subcontractors, to remain certified in accordance with ISO 9001 standard or equivalent. At any time during the term of this Agreement, the Supplier shall, if so instructed by ISR, provide evidence of such certifications. In any event, Supplier must notify ISR, in writing, in the event said certification is suspended and/or canceled and/or not continued.
