Rate of Pay on Temporary Assignment. An employee temporarily assigned by the Employer to a position with a rate of pay lower than the employee’s regular rate of pay shall maintain their regular rate of pay.

Rate of Pay on Temporary Assignment. When an employee is assigned to temporarily relieve in or perform the principal duties of a higher paying position, in accordance with the collective agreement the employee shall receive the pay rate for the job.
Rate of Pay on Temporary Assignment. In the event an employee is temporarily assigned to a lower-rated classification, she shall continue to receive her regular rate of pay. This provision does not apply when an employee is laid off and exercises her bumping rights.
Rate of Pay on Temporary Assignment. (a) When an employee is temporarily assigned to a higher level position for a period of two (2) or more consecutive working days, his/her rate of pay will be established in the same manner as outlined in Clause 23.02(a).
