Recall Roster. Employees who select recall shall be placed on a recall roster for a period of twenty-four (24) months from the date of layoff. An employee placed on the recall roster shall provide and keep updated while on the recall roster a current mailing address, email address and telephone number where the employee can be reached, including an alternative phone number where the employee can be reached within two (2) business days. Employees on the recall roster remain eligible to attend any KFHPWA- sponsored continuing education activities at the employee tuition rate.

Recall Roster. Employees on layoff status shall be placed on a recall roster for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of layoff. While on layoff status each employee shall provide the Hospital with a current address and telephone number where the employee can be reached. Failure to do so shall result in removal of the employee from the recall roster.
Recall Roster. If the nurse declines or is unsuccessful in pursuing any of the other options under this section, the nurse will be placed on the recall roster for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of layoff per Section 8.10.

Recall Roster. Nurses who are laid off under this provision as well as nurses who have recall rights per Article 11.5 and nurses on leaves of absence without guaranteed positions will be placed on a recall roster for a period of twelve (12) months from the date the nurse is laid off, eligible for recall rights, or seeking to return from leave. A nurse shall be removed from the roster upon refusing to accept a comparable position (same FTE, shift and unit) from recall, or at the end of the twelve (12) month period. A nurse shall retain seniority and accrued unused benefits to the date she/he was laid off and commenced her/his leave and shall accrue additional seniority and benefits based upon hours worked, if any during the period of layoff.
