Recruitment promotion. (a) The Employer and HACSU on behalf of Employees will develop and maintain a coordinated University, TAFE and senior high school links program aimed at increasing the recruitment of suitable candidates to perform work under this Agreement. Employees or HACSU nominated workforce representatives who participate in accordance with the terms of such program will do so in paid time.

Recruitment promotion. 18.1 The selection of employees for promotion shall be based upon the following factors: Seniority Ability Skill When all other factors are equal, seniority shall be the governing factor.
Recruitment promotion. Recruitment and/or selection for job vacancies and transfers will be done by the Assistant Super- intendent for Personnel and Labor Relations, in conjunction with the administrator concerned, in accordance with Civil Service Rules and Regulations. If a vacancy or opportunity for transfer occurs, a notice shall be posted on the bulletin board in each school building for ten (10) work- days before the application deadline. All such notices shall specify the Civil Service classifica- tion and the District pay grade. Any ten-month (10) employee having an interest in a position which becomes available during the summer shall indicate such interest to the Assistant Superin- tendent for Personnel and Labor Relations in writing prior to July 1. The District will provide all new hires with a copy of this Agreement.
Recruitment promotion. Recruitment and/or selection of an employee to fill a vacancy occurring within positions covered by the Recognition Clause of this Agreement shall be done by the administrator concerned in cooperation with the Assistant Superintendent for Personnel & Labor Relations. The District agrees to post all job vacancies occurring within the bargaining unit in each building for a period of five (5) working days before the position is filled. Such notice shall specify the Civil Service classification and District pay grade. Whenever a job opening occurs in a competitive Civil Service job classification within this negotiating unit, selection shall be in accordance with Civil Service rules and regulations. Candidates on an established Civil Service promotion list shall be given preference. The District will post notice of relevant Civil Service Examinations in all buildings.

  • Recruitment and Selection Swedish Medical Center will recruit and hire the most qualified applicants to meet the staffing needs of the Center and thereafter transfer, promote, and retain such persons as employees.   • Promotional Opportunities Each university shall promote upward mobility of employees by announcing opportunities as they occur. In all cases, it is the employee’s responsibility to make proper application for such positions. If an employee meets the minimum and special qualifications for a position, he/she will be considered.

  • Investment Promotion 1. Each Contracting Party shall promote investments in its territory by investors of the other Contracting Party and admit such investments in accordance with its legislation.

  • Marketing and Promotion The School will be responsible for marketing and promoting the Sports Facilities in accordance with the agreed aims and targets. A marketing strategy will be prepared and implemented and reviewed on an annual basis.
