REINSTATEMENT COMMITTEE. 15 The parties agree to establish a Reinstatement Committee in order to prepare a back-to-work program for the employee. The committee will be composed of equal employee/employer members and shall make its recommendations by consensus. The members will draft Terms of Reference for its operations. The Hospital Safety Officer will facilitate the Committee’s work.

REINSTATEMENT COMMITTEE. The Company agrees that every employee who suffers injury by accident arising out of and in the course of employment (within the meaning of the Workplace Safety and Insurance Act) shall be reinstated in the position he/she held on the date of injury or provided with alternate employment of a nature and at earnings comparable to the employee’s employment on that date. The Company agrees further to modify the job to accommodate the worker in accordance with the current Workplace Safety and Insurance Board (WSIB) Act”. The Company further agrees to establish a Reinstatement Committee comprised of not more than two (2) representatives of the Union and two (2) representatives of the Company. The Committee’s terms of reference are to clarify the employment opportunities for injured workers and to establish light duty classifications to which they may return, or to modify the worker’s existing job or other jobs deemed to comply with their capabilities.
REINSTATEMENT COMMITTEE. A Reinstatement Committee of not more than four (4) representatives of C.E.P. Local 1701 and four (4) representatives of the Company will be established. Two of the Union representatives shall be the President of C.E.P. Local 1701 and the Chairperson Health and Safety of C.E.P. Local 1701. In addition to the disposition of specific cases, the Committee mandate will also include the development of a framework for the accommodation, rehabilitation and reinstatement of injured and disabled workers as specified in article 21.07 and 8.04.
REINSTATEMENT COMMITTEE. The Health Centre will notify the President of C.U.P.E., Local #1943 of the names of all members of the Bargaining Unit off work due to work related injury (whether or not the members are in receipt of WSIB Benefits) and those on LTD, on a monthly basis. When it has been medically determined that an employee is unable to return to the full duties of his position due to a disability, the Health Centre will endeavour to provide modified work. A meeting will be held with the Union to discuss the circumstances surrounding the employee's return to suitable work including what accommodations can be made. This meeting will include the employee, Manager and a member of the Local Executive and a staff representative of C.U.P.E. All time spent attending such meetings by the member of the Local Executive shall be considered time worked.

  • Advisory Committee The Settling State shall designate an Opioid Settlement Remediation Advisory Committee (the “Advisory Committee”) to provide input and recommendations regarding remediation spending from that Settling State’s Abatement Accounts Fund. A Settling State may elect to use an existing advisory committee or similar entity (created outside of a State-Subdivision Agreement or Allocation Statute); provided, however, the Advisory Committee or similar entity shall meet the following requirements:
