Relocation Support. 1. When the Board declares a teacher’s position surplus to a school, the Board shall pay the teacher compensation not to exceed $2,000 for necessary moving costs. This support will be available under the following conditions:
i) The teacher moves their personal residence from their current community to a different community closer to their new position.
Relocation Support. In connection with your relocation from Newtown, CT to San Diego, the Company will reimburse you for up to $100,000 for the following verifiable “Relocation Expenses” that are incurred by you: reasonable costs of moving your household goods, realty fees (including commission fees for the sale of your
Relocation Support. Employee shall be entitled to relocation support from the Company at the beginning of the Term. Relocation support will consist of interim living expenses in Miami not to exceed $3,500 per month for six months from commencement of the Term; and payment of moving expenses from the Greensboro, North Carolina area to the Miami/Dade area so long as such expenses represent the lowest of 3 bids from nationally recognized firms.
Relocation Support. (a) Executive shall receive reimbursement for (i) temporary living expenses in an amount not to exceed $25,000 (which amount will be “grossed up” to cover federal and state taxes, assuming a 25% tax rate, in the aggregate) to cover accommodations, food, car rental and other expenses for temporary living purposes only; (ii) closing cost expenses (including mortgage points), not to exceed $10,000, for the purchase of a home in Connecticut; and (iii) realtor commission fees, up to six percent (6%) of the sales price on Executive’s current primary residence, in an amount not to exceed $50,000. The Company will also assist Executive in connection with Executive’s physical relocation to the Middlefield, Connecticut area by providing a designated professional mover to pack, move and unpack Executive’s regular household goods and, if necessary, by providing Executive with up to three months of storage and coverage for the move out of storage for Executive’s household items. The moving and storage costs will be billed directly to the Company.
(b) Reimbursement may be obtained by Executive by submitting, to the Company’s Human Resources Department, appropriate documentation or receipts with respect to the temporary living expenses and appropriate closing documentation with respect to closing cost expenses and realtor commission fees. Reimbursement is subject to applicable federal, state and FICA tax, which will be withheld from Executive’s reimbursement check.
(c) The relocation benefits set forth in this paragraph 8 are available for up to 12 months following the Employment Date. In the event that Executive leaves his employment voluntarily, or is terminated for cause pursuant to Section 11 hereof, Executive shall be required to repay any relocation benefits received under this Section 8.
Relocation Support. Subject to your compliance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement: If you repatriate prior to or within three months following the Separation Date, General Cable will provide you repatriation support as set forth below for your move from Bangkok, Thailand to the city of your choice in the United Kingdom. Repatriation will be managed by Brookfield Relocation Services.
1) Upon repatriation, you will be provided with reasonable temporary living expenses for a period not to exceed a combined 30 days in Thailand and the UK to facilitate your and your wife’s move.
2) You will be provided with an ocean freight shipment of household goods not to exceed a 40-foot sea container from point of origin in Bangkok, Thailand to the United Kingdom.
3) General Xxxxx will pay the cost to ship by air a limited amount of essential personal effects, not to exceed 500 lbs.
4) You will be provided with one-way air transportation from Bangkok, Thailand to the United Kingdom for you and your wife, in accordance with General Xxxxx’s travel policy.
5) On the Separation Date, you will receive one month’s base salary to offset your relocation incidentals, as well as an additional tax gross-up amount, so that the after-tax value of the payment provided pursuant to this provision (5) is equal to the gross amount of your monthly salary. This payment will be made to you in the same manner as you received payments during your employment.
Relocation Support. If, during your employment, you and the Company mutually determine that your principal place of employment should be located at the Company's headquarters or another Company office, the Company shall provide relocation assistance to you consistent with its then current relocation policy.
Relocation Support. The Executive is eligible for relocation support, including immigration, moving of household goods, and travel, in connection with his relocation from Sweden to Zug, Switzerland.
Relocation Support. Executive shall receive the relocation benefits set forth in the Company’s Executive Relocation Program, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit A, consistent with the relocation policies and procedures of the Company for executives, as previously disclosed by the Company to Executive.
Relocation Support. (a) Because the Company is considering moving its corporate headquarters from Norcross, Georgia and Executive currently resides in Ridgefield, Connecticut, Executive shall initially commute from Connecticut to corporate headquarters on a weekly basis. During such period, the Company shall reimburse Executive for all reasonable transportation and temporary living expenses incurred. In the event that the Company determines (i) to move its corporate headquarters during the term of this Agreement such that Executive is still required to commute to another state, or (ii) to continue maintaining its headquarters in Norcross, Georgia, the Company shall continue to reimburse Executive for all such reasonable expenses; provided, however, that the Company shall reimburse Executive for temporary living expenses only for up to six (6) months from the date of such determination.
(b) Executive shall receive reimbursement for relocation, to the Atlanta, Georgia area, or where the corporate headquarters may be relocated, if necessary, including (i) reasonable moving expenses, and (ii) reasonable transportation expenses for Executive and his family in connection with the relocation described in 9(a). All reimbursements for relocation will be based upon actual expenses incurred, and shall be paid promptly following Executive's delivering receipts thereof to the Company. Any portion of such relocation expense reimbursement that is taxable to Executive will be "grossed up" to cover all federal and state taxes payable by Executive.
Relocation Support. (a) Employer shall reimburse you for the customary and reasonable expenses actually incurred by you in connection with your relocation from Rhode Island to Los Angeles to include but not limited to (i) the moving of your personal and household goods to the Los Angeles area and for storage of household goods if necessary for a period of up to six (6) months, (ii) the one-time, non-recurring closing costs associated with both the sale of your home in Rhode Island, and the purchase of a new home in the Los Angeles area including up to two (2) points of origination or discount fees, (iii) arranging for Buyer Value Option home sale program through appropriate third party vendor, (iv)the travel and expenses associated with up to two (2) house hunting trips for you and your spouse, and (v) for temporary living accommodations for you and your family up to six (6) months pending your actual settlement in the Los Angeles area, provided that all such expenses are pre-approved by Employer and you provide Employer with documentation which adequately evidences such expenses.
(b) Employer will provide $180,000 mortgage assistance, payable five thousand dollars ($5,000) a month for thirty-six (36) months provided you remain an Employee of Employer for the duration of this period.
