Repatriation will be managed by Brookfield Relocation Services.

Relocation Support. (a) Employer shall reimburse you for the customary and reasonable expenses actually incurred by you in connection with your relocation from Rhode Island to Los Angeles to include but not limited to (i) the moving of your personal and household goods to the Los Angeles area and for storage of household goods if necessary for a period of up to six (6) months, (ii) the one-time, non-recurring closing costs associated with both the sale of your home in Rhode Island, and the purchase of a new home in the Los Angeles area including up to two (2) points of origination or discount fees, (iii) arranging for Buyer Value Option home sale program through appropriate third party vendor, (iv)the travel and expenses associated with up to two (2) house hunting trips for you and your spouse, and (v) for temporary living accommodations for you and your family up to six (6) months pending your actual settlement in the Los Angeles area, provided that all such expenses are pre-approved by Employer and you provide Employer with documentation which adequately evidences such expenses.
Relocation Support. Executive’s role is expected to be primarily office-based, with an expectation of physical attendance in a Company office at least three (3) days per week. To assist with this expectation, the Company will provide, via a grossed-up reimbursement, a reasonable and customary priced two-bedroom furnished apartment near the Company’s Orange County, California office not to exceed $5,000.00 per month, subject to the approval of the Chief Executive Officer, for a period of up to twelve (12) months following Executive’s employment commencement date (the “Housing Reimbursement”), subject to Executive’s continued employment with the Company. Furthermore, if Executive notifies the Company of Executive’s intent to relocate to the Orange County, California area and takes meaningful steps towards such relocation, the Company may agree to extend the term of the Housing Reimbursement for an additional six (6) months, such that the maximum total duration of the Housing Reimbursement will be eighteen (18) months following Executive’s employment commencement date, subject to Executive’s continued employment with the Company. Such extension, if granted, must be communicated to Executive in writing by the Company following its confirmation of Executive’s intent to relocate. Should Executive relocate to Orange County before twelve (12) months from Executive’s employment commencement date, the residual amount of unused funds from the eighteen (18) months of Housing Reimbursement at $5,000.00 per month will be paid to Executive as a lump sum cash payment, subject to applicable withholdings.

Relocation Support. (a) Employer shall reimburse you for the customary and reasonable expenses actually incurred by you in connection with your relocation from New York to Los Angeles to include but not limited to (i) the moving of your personal and household goods to the Los Angeles area and for storage of household goods if necessary for a period of up to six (6) months, (ii) the one-time, non-recurring closing costs associated with both the sale of your home in New York, and the purchase of a new home in the Los Angeles area including up to two (2) points of origination or discount fees, (iii) the travel and expenses associated with up to two (2) house hunting trips for you and your spouse, and (iv) for customary reasonable corporate temporary living expenses (e.g. accommodations of at least three bedrooms, and other customary reasonable displacement expenses, for you and your family for up to six (6) months pending your actual settlement in the Los Angeles area) provided that you provide Employer with documentation which adequately evidences such expenses. Employer will provide tax assistance (gross-up) for those relocation related benefits that are treated as taxable.
Relocation Support. If, during your employment, you and the Company mutually determine that your principal place of employment should be located at the Company's headquarters or another Company office, the Company shall provide relocation assistance to you consistent with its then current relocation policy. Your principal place of business shall be Secaucus, New Jersey.
Relocation Support. (a) Because the Company is considering moving its corporate headquarters from Norcross, Georgia and Executive currently resides in Ridgefield, Connecticut, Executive shall initially commute from Connecticut to corporate headquarters on a weekly basis. During such period, the Company shall reimburse Executive for all reasonable transportation and temporary living expenses incurred. In the event that the Company determines (i) to move its corporate headquarters during the term of this Agreement such that Executive is still required to commute to another state, or (ii) to continue maintaining its headquarters in Norcross, Georgia, the Company shall continue to reimburse Executive for all such reasonable expenses; provided, however, that the Company shall reimburse Executive for temporary living expenses only for up to six (6) months from the date of such determination.
