Representative Fee. 1. The Board agrees to deduct, from the salaries of its employees, a representative fee as per Chapter 123, P.L. of 1974 amended and to transmit same to the treasurer of the Association. 2. The Association agrees to abide by all of the provisions of Chapter 123, P.L. of 1974 as amended. 3. The Association shall indemnify and hold the Board harmless against any and all claims, demands, suits, and other forms of liability, including liability for reasonable counsel fees and other legal costs and expenses, that may arise out of, or by reason of action taken or not taken by the employer in conformance with this provision.

On or about the last day of each month, beginning with the month this Agreement becomes effective, the Board will submit to the Association, a list of all employees who began their employment in a bargaining unit position during the preceding thirty (30) day period. The list will include names, job titles, and date of employment for all such employees.
Representative Fee. The Representative will pay to the Franchisor an initial fee of $0.00 (the "Representative Fee") payable simultaneously with the signing of this Agreement. The Representative Fee is fully earned by the Franchisor and is non-refundable upon signing this Agreement in consideration for the administrative and other costs incurred by the Franchisor and opportunities lost or deferred as a result of the rights granted to the Representative in this Agreement.
Representative Fee. Any employee in the bargaining unit on the effective date of this Agreement who does not join the Union within thirty (30) days thereafter or any new employee who does not join within ninety (90) days of initial employment within the Unit, and any employee previously employed within the Unit who does not join within ten (10) days of re-entry into employment within the Unit shall, as a condition of employment, pay a Representation Fee to the Union by automatic payroll deduction. The Representation Fee shall be in the amount equal to no more than eighty- five percent (85%) of the regular Union membership dues, fees, and assessments as certified to the County by the Union, provided that in the event the governing statute is amended so as to either increase or decrease the permissible amount of the Representation Fee, this Agreement shall be deemed to have been automatically amended to conform to such statutory change.

The Association may revise its certification of the amount of the representation fee at any time to reflect changes in the Association membership dues, fees, and assessments. The Association entitlement to the representation fee shall continue beyond the termination date of this Agreement so long as the Association remains the majority representative of the employees in the unit, provided that no modification is made in this provision by a successor Agreement between the Association and the Board. D. For the purpose of this provision, employees who are re-appointed from year to year shall be considered to be in continuous employment. E. The Association shall establish and maintain at all times a demand and return system as provided by N.J.S.A. 34:1 5A5.4(2)(c) and (3)(1.1979, c.477) and membership in the Association shall be available to all employees in the unit on an equal basis at all times. In the event the Association fails to maintain such a system or if membership is not so available, the Board shall immediately cease making said deductions. F. The provisions of this Article (Representation Fee) shall be applied to all employees except home bound teachers, coaches, advisors and other Appendix C positions in accordance with State Law.

  • Representative The employee or School Board may be represented during any step of the procedure by any person or agent designated by such party to act in his behalf.

  • Administrative Fee The Borrower agrees to pay to the Administrative Agent the annual administrative fee as described in the Fee Letter.

  • Representative Access (A) The state agrees that designated Union Representatives shall have access to state controlled premises where employees are employed. (B) If any area of the state’s premises is otherwise restricted to the public, permission must be requested to enter such area and such permission shall not be unreasonably denied. Access shall be during the regular working hours of the employee and only for the purpose of investigating an employee’s grievance.

  • Union Representative Visits The Union shall inform the Employer in advance whenever the designated representatives of the Union intend to visit the Employer’s premises for the purpose of conducting Union business. Such visits shall not interfere with the normal operations of the worksite. Reasonable accommodation will be made to allow the Presidents of the Unions to have access to union members to conduct union business.

  • DIR Administrative Fee A. The administrative fee to be paid by the Vendor to DIR based on the dollar value of all sales to Customers pursuant to this Contract is three-quarter of one percent (.75%). Payment will be calculated for all sales, net of returns and credits. For example, the administrative fee for sales totaling $100,000 shall be $750.00. B. All prices quoted to Customers shall include the administrative fee. Development of pilot schemes to demonstrate the value and benefits to be derived from the use of treated wastewater to preserve and intensify agricultural production systems on degraded lands. Part C: Institutional Strengthening and Sensitization to Environmental Issues and IPA Methodology 1. Strengthening the capacity of institutions involved in implementation of the Project at the national, regional and local levels including RCADs and ADGs through the provision of logistical support, technical advisory services and adequate training programs. 2. Strengthening the CCU’s capacity to manage the Project efficiently including ensuring adequate monitoring and evaluation, and compliance with all safeguard measures related to implementation of the environment and social protection framework. 3. Development and execution of a communication and sensitization action plan aimed at raising awareness on environmental themes and IPA methodology.

  • Origination Fee The Borrower shall pay the Lender a fully earned and non-refundable origination fee of $50,000, due and payable upon the execution of this Agreement.

  • UNION REPRESENTATIVE'S VISITS 30.01 Duly authorized full-time representatives of the Union shall be entitled to visit the Co-operative for the purpose of observing working conditions, interviewing members and unsigned employees and to ensure that the terms of the Collective Agreement are being implemented. 30.02 The interview of an employee by a Union Representative shall be permitted, after notifying the General Manager or their designated representative, and shall be: (a) carried on in a place within the Co-operative's premises designated by management; (b) held whenever possible during the lunch period; however, if this is not practical; (c) held during the regular working hours; time taken for such interview in excess of five (5) minutes shall not be on Co-operative time unless with the approval of management; (d) held at such times as will not interfere with service to the public.
