Return from Unprotected Leave. If the nurse is on an unprotected leave, 22 and their position has been filled by another nurse, the nurse may bid on any open 23 position suitable to his/her qualifications and interests or, if agreed to between the nurse 24 and the Agency, may be granted a per diem position in the nurse’s previously held shift 25 and program.

  • Return from Leave An employee on maternity or parental leave pursuant to Articles 20.1 and 20.2 shall provide the Employer with at least one (1) month’s written notice. On return from leave, an employee shall be placed in her former position or where the position no longer exists in a position of equal rank and basic pay.
