ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES. The prices for delivery and rates for installation of the Fuzer UCS, as well as the delivery and installation procedures, are determined in the order. If the order does not detail such specifications, the following will apply: Task Description Fuzer Client Create Meeting Minutes x Explain the content of CRS to allow the Client to fill it out correctly x Provide Fuzer with all the information necessary to install and provide the Service, as detailed in the CRS x Warrant to Fuzer that the information given in the CRS is complete and correct x Staging and Physical installation of the Fuzer UCS SOPs x Connection of the Fuzer UCS-SOP to the Client LAN network x Responsibility for faults finding on the in-house cabling or to assess the LAN network x Configuration and activation of the Fuzer UCS and the peripheral equipment, according to the Standard Call Flow defined in the order. If nothing is specified in the order, the project manager will configured the “UC for Enterprise” Standard Call Flow x Internal cabling and patching x
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES. In addition to your existing role as Chairman of the Board, as Executive Chairman you will use your commercially reasonable efforts to oversee the management of Twin River’s strategic projects and public policy initiatives, as well as such other responsibilities consistent with your role as Chairman of the Board as the Board and you may from time to time mutually agree. In addition, you will serve on such Board committees to which you are elected by the Board. You will be an independent contractor with respect to your services hereunder, and you will be free to exercise your own judgment as to the manner and method of providing your services to Twin River, subject to applicable laws and requirements reasonably imposed by Twin River. You will not be treated as an employee of Twin River for any purpose, and you will not be a participant in any employee health or other benefit plan of Twin River.

See APPENDIX E for the qualifications of this position. TEACHER IN CHARGE: Each elementary school without a vice principal shall have a Teacher in Charge. The Teacher in Charge will be named by the principal from among those teachers who submit their candidacies for the position, for a period of one year at a time and will receive a responsibility allowance of yearly. The Teacher in Charge is responsible only for responding to emergency situations when the principal is out of the school.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES. Project Manager The Project Manager is an experienced project delivery expert with process leadership responsibilities for all phases of the engagement, including the ultimate authority for ensuring acceptance of all deliverables. The Project Manager is responsible for coordination of all resources on the project and will serve as the main point of contact for this project. This role supports the weekly project status reporting and plan management requirements. As part of these responsibilities, the Project Manager will manage the risk, issue, and change logs.
