Roster of Arbitrators. Where no agreement is reached pursuant to Article 6.10(c) of the Collective Agreement, the Parties agree to utilize a roster of Arbitrators and a procedure for scheduling Arbitrations, as set out below, for the duration of this Collective Agreement. The entire process will be reviewed during negotiations for a renewal Collective Agreement and, if the Parties are in agreement that the process is working effectively, it will be continued. The Parties agree that the following persons will be asked to serve as a single Arbitrator, on a rotating basis:
Roster of Arbitrators. The COMESA Secretariat shall maintain a roster of qualified arbitrators from which parties to an arbitration under this Agreement may select arbitrators
Roster of Arbitrators. Thirty (30) calendar days shall be allowed for setting up of a Board of Arbitration. The parties shall mutually agree upon and appoint a third party who shall be the sole arbitrator.
Roster of Arbitrators. In accordance with the Letter of Understanding “Roster of Arbitrators” signed by the parties on February 12, 2002, and appended to the collective agreement ratified on March 31, 2002, the parties agree to the following guidelines.

1. All permanent full-time employees are eligible for up to 24 hours of leave with pay for employee and family related responsibilities in each benefit year. 2. Permanent part-time employees will receive a pro-rated number of hours as outlined in the Advantage Benefits program handbook. 3. These hours may not be carried over into the next benefit year.
Roster of Arbitrators a. Whether the tribunal consists of one arbitrator or three arbitrators, the tribunal shall be selected from a roster of arbitrators who have been pre-qualified to resolve disputes under the GEMAA.
b. The roster’s development shall be facilitated by the Committee of Signatories.
c. The roster shall be maintained by the Administrator.
d. If no roster has been assembled, or if for any reason there is no one on the roster available to serve, the member or members of a tribunal shall be selected based on the minimum qualifications set forth in Appendix .
e. Notwithstanding any selection process or criteria set forth herein, where all of the parties to an arbitration agree to select an arbitrator or three arbitrators who are not on the roster, they may do so as long as the agreement is in writing and signed by all parties and provided to the Administrator and the AAA.

The Hospital agrees that it shall post permanent vacant positions in accordance with Article 18 within 30 calendar days of the position becoming vacant, unless the Hospital provides the Union notice under Article 14 of its‟ intention to eliminate the position.
