Safety and Compliance with Laws. The Parties will abide by, at a minimum, the safety requirements promulgated by the Parties from time to time with respect to the HEP Seconded Employees, the Services and the Assets and in compliance with Applicable Laws and any applicable collective bargaining agreement. Without limiting the foregoing, the parties agree that the Partnership Group and the HollyFrontier Group jointly shall develop, adopt, and enforce a written workplace and accident plan and injury reduction program that satisfies the requirements of Applicable Law and Prudent Industry Practice and post the workplace accident and injury reduction plan at each work site at which the HEP Seconded Employees perform work. The Partnership Group shall be responsible, during any Period of Secondment, for ensuring that all applicable federal, state and local laws prohibiting harassment, discrimination or retaliation in the workplace are adhered to and followed with respect to any HEP Seconded Employee. The Parties agree to disclose, and cooperate in the investigation of, any complaint of harassment, discrimination or retaliation made to either Party by an HEP Seconded Employee in connection with any Secondment.
Safety and Compliance with Laws. The Slip shall be used and occupied in a safe, careful and proper manner. All Boats must be docked and lines secured so as to avoid risk of damage to the docks and other vessels. Landlord reserves the right to board the Boat at any time to secure lines, but assumes no obligation to affirmatively do so. Tenant, including his, her, or their guests using the Slip, shall abide by and comply with all present and future ordinances, regulations and laws of all governmental and quasi-governmental entities, whether federal, state or local, having jurisdiction with respect to the Slip. Tenant shall neither permit nor commit any illegal or unlawful practice or act in or upon the Slip, docks or Marina. Tenant shall be responsible to comply with all requirements and for payment of all fees, fines, penalties, expenses and other costs that may be imposed by, any governmental and/ or quasi-governmental entities, whether federal, state or local, having jurisdiction with respect to the use and occupancy of the Slip, docks and Marina. Tenant shall not discharge or otherwise dispose of sewage, trash, fuel, oil, or any other contaminant in or on the Marina property, including, without limitation to, the water which forms the Marina.
Safety and Compliance with Laws. Section 6.01. The Material may have hazardous properties. Recipient assumes all risks and responsibilities in connection with the receipt, handling, storage, disposal, internal transfer and use of the Material and the Modifications by Recipient or Recipient Researcher including without limitation taking all appropriate safety and handling precautions to minimize health or environmental risk as well as for any adverse events resulting from the violation of security requirements or unauthorized dissemination of the Material or the Modifications by Recipient or Recipient Researcher.

Amazon reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to eliminate any Team or individual Team Member(s) from the Challenge if the Team or Team Member poses a threat to the environment or the safety or health of self, teammates, participants, competitors, or attendees. Teams shall ensure that all equipment utilized in the Challenge is safe to use for the purposes of the Challenge. Team and each Team Member will comply with all applicable laws, ordinances, regulations, rules, orders, and other requirements (including requirements for licenses, permits, certifications and approvals) of governmental authorities having jurisdiction over it or over the Event or Contest.

In the performance of its obligations, Supplier shall comply with all federal, state and local laws, regulations and ordinances, including but not limited to the Federal Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970, as amended, and safety standards promulgated thereto, and with all applicable laws, regulations, ordinances, executive orders and rules with regard to discrimination as to age, race, color, religious creed, sex, ancestry or nation origin, physical or mental disability and veteran status. Without limiting the foregoing, Supplier shall further ensure that all of its employees and its sub- contractor’s employees are properly trained to safely perform Supplier’s obligations and that they utilize proper personal protection equipment and that they comply with all safety instructions provided in writing or verbally by Customer.
Safety and Compliance with Laws. 8.2 Talent Pool Client will be solely responsible, at its own cost, to: (i) provide, in good condition, all tools, safety and work equipment, supplies, and specialized clothing that may be required for the performance of work by Snagajob Workers in the normal course of proving the Services (but not equipment required by Snagajob Worker due to his or her individual needs); (ii) provide Snagajob Workers with a work environment free from recognized hazards that are causing or likely to cause serious illness or injury in compliance with all applicable OSHA and other workplace safety requirements; (iii) provide Snagajob Workers with information and training with respect to any hazardous substances or conditions to which Snagajob Workers may be exposed at the worksite, as required by law; (iv) assign Snagajob Workers only to attended premises; (v) direct, control, supervise and safeguard its premises, processes and systems; and (vi) direct and supervise Snagajob Workers when handling cash, checks, keys, credit cards, merchandise, confidential or trade secret information, negotiable instruments or other valuables. Talent Pool Client will not: (i) request or permit a Snagajob Worker to use any vehicle in connection with the provision of Services; or (ii) change the Services a Snagajob Worker is asked to perform or the risks associated with the Services without Snagajob’s prior written approval.
Safety and Compliance with Laws. 7.1 Condition of the Vehicle The Contractor will maintain the vehicle in a mechanically sound, properly painted and clean condition, fit for the purpose of providing the services. The Contractor will provide evidence of the roadworthiness of the vehicle upon request.

Buyer shall conduct its loading and hauling operations on Santee Xxxxxx property subject to and in compliance with applicable state, federal, and local laws and such rules and regulations respecting sanitation, health, safety, and the environment. Buyer shall take all necessary or advisable precautions for the safety of all persons or property in connection with its operations. The term “laws” as used herein shall be construed as including administrative rules and regulations. Buyer shall be responsible for complying with changes in regulations and any new regulations that become effective during the Term of the Agreement. Buyer shall provide documentation of compliance with any and all applicable laws and regulations as requested or required. No Interference with Xxxxxx Xxxxxx Operations. While on Santee Xxxxxx property, Buyer shall at all times use commercially reasonable efforts to minimize the possibility of any conflict or interference with the activities, operations, or processes of Xxxxxx Xxxxxx.
