Safety and Emergencies. You must: a) maintain your Energy installation and the appliances at your Premises in a safe condition; b) ensure that any work on your Energy installation and appliances is done by accredited electricians and registered plumbers or gas fitters; c) keep all vegetation, structures and vehicles at your Premises clear of your Energy installation; d) advise us or your Distributor of any safety issues; and e) comply with directions from us or your Distributor.

Safety and Emergencies. 15.1. If you become aware of any escape or suspected escape of gas or any other gas emergency, you must immediately notify your gas network operator’s emergency services free of charge on 0800 111 999 or us on 03452 068 999. 15.2. You must not at any time use or permit any use of gas supplied under this contract in or as part of any dangerous process, or otherwise in a way likely to create any risk to the health and safety of any person or risk of damage to any property (other than where such risk is inherent in normal use of gas). You agree to use the gas supply so as not to interfere with the efficient supply of gas to other customers. 15.3. If you are aware or are concerned about anything relating to the supply or distribution of electricity to you which you think may cause danger or require urgent attention or may affect the security, availability and quality of Service of the system through which you receive the supply please contact either your local distribution company or our enquiry service.
Safety and Emergencies. If there is an abnormal cessation in the offtake of gas from the NGG System at the Connected Systems Points, NGG may, if it deems it appropriate to safeguard the NGG System, and after discussion where practicable with representatives of BGE, close the necessary valves at the Connected Systems Points. When the BGE System is able to resume offtaking gas the BGE Shift Representative shall telephone the NGG Shift Representative and confirm by facsimile or other agreed means that the BGE System is again capable of receiving amounts set out in the OPN. Both Operators will then co-operate in returning to normal conditions as soon as reasonably practicable. In the event of an emergency on the NGG System requiring immediate isolation of the BGE System, NGG may close the necessary valves at the Connected Systems Points as it deems appropriate. The NGG Shift Representative shall as soon as is reasonably practicable inform the BGE Shift Representative by telephone of the reasons for, and the likely duration of, the emergency. Upon the cessation of the emergency both Operators shall co-operate with regard to the reopening of valves. In the event of an emergency on the BGE System requiring immediate isolation of the NGG System, BGE may close the necessary valves at the Connected Systems Points as it deems appropriate. It is expected that parents will use common sense when deciding if a child is well enough to attend. The standard Medical Release form must be signed, and the procedure for injury incident and administration of drugs will be the same as SS. Xxxxxx and Xxxxx School. An incident report will be sent home with the child reporting any physical injury, minor in nature, which occurs on site. In cases, which appear to be serious, the staff will make every effort to carry out the instructions as given on the Emergency Medical Form.
