Schedule of Labor Rates. Offerors shall submit a schedule of labor rates for both FFP labor rates and Cost CR labor rates in accordance with the Government provided Excel Worksheet (Attachment 15). The period of performance shall be one five- year ordering period, including an additional six-month period that may be authorized IAW FAR 52.217-8 "Option to Extend Services". See FAR 52.217-8, which authorizes the Government to require continued performance of any services within the limits and at the rates specified in the contract. The proposed labor rates for the potential six-month extension under FAR Clause 52.217-8 must be identical to the rates proposed for Year 5 of the IDIQ contract. In completing the required schedule of labor rates worksheet (Attachment 15), the Offeror shall provide labor rate schedules for both Government and Contractor sites with labor showing proposed fully burdened (inclusive of direct and indirect rate burdens) by contract year. The labor rate schedules shall include (but separately identify) prime contractor, subcontractor, and inter- divisional transfer rates, to develop a fully burdened composite labor rate. Instructions to complete the labor rate worksheet is found within the attachment on the ‘Instructions’ tab. The price proposal worksheet shall be submitted using MS-Excel 2016 or higher format and shall include all formulas and calculations and NOT be hard-numbered. Failure to comply with this section may result in Offeror’s cost submission being determined non-responsive. Offerors will propose ceiling labor rates for the ID/IQ contract based on one-year increments. The yearly cycles will start on the date of award. The anticipated date of award is August 2020. Offerors shall use the month of August as the start date in determining its proposed labor rates. Offerors shall provide the basis of estimate for all proposed labor rates with detailed rationale to support the rates.

  • Schedule of Rates The specific rates and costs applicable to this Agreement are set forth in Exhibit B – Schedule of Rates, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference as if set forth in full.

  • Status of Salary Schedule The salary schedules are not to be construed as part of a teacher’s continuing contract.   • SUPPLEMENTAL SALARY SCHEDULE 12.01 Every effort shall be made by the Board to post supplemental positions in a timely manner each school year. Teachers in the bargaining unit may apply for the supplemental vacancy within ten (10) working days of each posting. If no qualified bargaining unit member applies for the supplemental position, the Board may fill the vacancy with individuals not in the bargaining unit.

  • Salary Pay Date/Schedule 3.1.1 Save and except for substitute teachers, each teacher shall be paid 1/12 of their annual rate of salary on or before the 25 day of the month from September to August inclusive provided that the December payment shall be made prior to the last teaching day in December.
