Schedule Of Salary Ranges. As of the effective date of this Agreement, the schedule of salary ranges for unit members in the bargaining unit shall reflect the salary schedule attached hereto as Appendix A. For 2023-2024, the classified bargaining unit salary schedule shall increase by 4% (four percent), retroactive to July 1, 2023. For 2024-2025, the classified bargaining unit salary shall increase by 2% (two percent), beginning July 1, 2024. In the event that the MEA bargaining unit receives an across-the-board, on-going or one-time salary adjustment other than the negotiated salary and benefits of the CSEA bargaining unit, CSEA has the right to re-open Article 9 for the year(s) currently being negotiated.

For 2019-2020, the parties agree to a two percent (2%) on schedule salary increase retroactive to July 1, 2019. The parties also agree to a one-time off salary schedule bonus of one percent (1%) for all employees in paid status as of June 2020, to be paid at the close of the 2019-2020 school year. The bonus will be paid after the ongoing salary increase is applied to the salary schedule. The 1% will be calculated on salaries after the 2.5% has been applied and will be effective July 1, 2022. If neither Assembly Bill 1607 or 1609 are implemented, the ongoing salary increase will remain at 2.5% for 2021-2022.   • Salary Schedule The scale of remuneration set out in Schedule "A" shall apply during the term of this Agreement. Any changes in salary rates or the classifications as outlined in Schedule "A" shall not be put into effect until the Union Business Representative has been consulted.

  • SUPPLEMENTAL SALARY SCHEDULE 12.01 Every effort shall be made by the Board to post supplemental positions in a timely manner each school year. Bargaining unit members may apply for the supplemental vacancy within ten (10) working days of each posting. If no qualified bargaining unit member applies for the supplemental position, the Board may fill the vacancy with individuals not in the bargaining unit.
