Unit Salary Schedule. The District shall provide a one-time off-schedule payment equal to 2.00% of each member’s base salary (Appendix E) and stipends included in contract for the full or partial period between 07/01/19 to 06/30/20. Bargaining unit members once placed on CEU column will not be required to renew 150 hours of continuing education to remain on CEU column. 12.1.7 When an employee in the Unit is reassigned to a position in a different job classification on the same salary range on the salary schedule the employee shall maintain his/her current entitlements to base salary, longevity, pay for advance academic degrees, and stipends he/she was receiving prior to the reassignment. Unit Salary Schedule. Base salaries, stipends and hourly rates shall be increased by a total of 1.6% effective November 1, 2018.
