SCHEDULES REQUIRED OF CONTRACTOR. Unless otherwise specified in the Contract Documents, including the Notice to Proceed, Contractor shall submit a preliminary Construction Schedule to City in a form approved by the Construction Manager at the Pre-Construction Meeting.

SCHEDULES REQUIRED OF CONTRACTOR. 3.9.1 Contractor shall submit a Preliminary Contract Schedule to Owner’s Representative in the form and within the time limit required by the Specifications. Owner’s Representative will review the Preliminary Contract Schedule with Contractor within the time limit required by the Specifications, or, if no such time period is specified, within a reasonable period of time. 3.9.2 Contractor shall submit a Contract Schedule and updated Contract Schedules to Owner’s Representative in the form and within the time limits required by the Specifications and acceptable to Owner’s Representative. Owner’s Representative will determine acceptability of the Contract Schedule and updated Contract Schedules within the time limits required by the Specifications, or if no such time period is specified, within a reasonable period of time. If Owner’s Representative deems the Contract Schedule or updated Contract Schedule unacceptable, it shall specify in writing to Contractor the basis for its objection. 3.9.3 The Preliminary Contract Schedule, the Contract Schedule, and updated Contract Schedules shall represent a practical plan to complete the Work within the Contract Time. Schedules showing the Work completed in less than the Contract Time may be acceptable if judged by Owner’s Representative to be practical. Schedules showing the Work completed beyond the Contract Time may be submitted under the following circumstances: .1 If accompanied by a Change Order Request seeking an adjustment of the Contract Time consistent the requirements of paragraph 8.4 for Adjustment of the Contract Time for Delay; or .2 If the Contract Time has passed, or if it is a practical impossibility to complete the Work within the Contract Time, then the updated Contract Schedule or Fragnet Schedule shall show completion at the earliest practical date. Owner’s Representative will timely review the updated Contract Schedule or Fragnet Schedule submitted by Contractor. If Owner’s Representative determines that additional supporting data are necessary to fully evaluate the updated Contract Schedule or Fragnet Schedule, Owner’s Representative will request such additional supporting data in writing. Such data shall be furnished no later than 10 days after the date of such request. Owner’s Representative will render a decision promptly and in any case within 30 days after the later of the receipt of the updated Contract Schedule or Fragnet Schedule or the deadline for furnishing such additional supporting ...
SCHEDULES REQUIRED OF CONTRACTOR. 3.10.1 Contractor shall submit a preliminary Construction Schedule to District in a form approved by the Construction Manager at the Pre-Construction Meeting. 3.10.2 Updated Construction Schedules shall be submitted in the form and frequency approved by the Construction Manager. 3.10.3 The Construction Schedule and Construction Schedule updates shall meet the following requirements: .1 Schedules must be suitable in format and clarity for monitoring progress of the Work and shall utilize the critical path method of scheduling. .2 Schedules must provide necessary data about the timing for District's decisions and District-furnished items. .3 Schedules must be in sufficient detail to demonstrate adequate planning and staffing for the Work. .4 Schedules must represent a practical plan to complete the Work within the Contract Time. If at any time during the Work, any activity is not completed by its latest scheduled completion date, Contractor shall notify the Construction Manager within seven (7) Days of Contractor's plans to reorganize the work force to return to the schedule and prevent Delays on any other activity. .5 An updated Construction Schedule shall be submitted with each progress payment request, but no less frequently than monthly, and shall include all of the following: (i) A written narrative report detailing the actual progress of the Work as of the date of submission; (ii) The expected progress of the Work as of such date according to the approved Construction Schedule; (iii) The reasons for any variance between the approved Construction Schedule and the updated Construction Schedule; and (iv) Contractor’s plan for placing the Work back on Schedule, at Contractor’s expense. 3.10.4 Contractor shall plan, develop, supervise, control and coordinate the performance of the Work so the progress, sequence and timing of the Work conform to the current accepted Construction Schedule. Contractor shall continuously obtain from Subcontractors information and data about the planning for and progress of the Work, the ordering and fabrication of materials, required Submittals, and the delivery of equipment, shall coordinate and integrate such information and data in updated Construction Schedules and Record Documents, and shall monitor the progress of the Work and the delivery of equipment.   • Attachment  C_ CONTRACT AFFIRMATIONS For purposes of these Contract Affirmations, HHS includes both the Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) and the Department of State Health Services (DSHS). System Agency refers to HHSC, DSHS, or both, that will be a party to this Contract. These Contract Affirmations apply to all Contractors and Grantees (referred to as “Contractor”) regardless of their business form (e.g., individual, partnership, corporation). By entering into this Contract, Contractor affirms, without exception, understands, and agrees to comply with the following items through the life of the Contract:

  • Authorization Required Prior to Parallel Operation 2.2.1 The NYISO, in consultation with the Connecting Transmission Owner, shall use Reasonable Efforts to list applicable parallel Operating Requirements in Attachment 5 of this Agreement. Additionally, the NYISO, in consultation with the Connecting Transmission Owner, shall notify the Interconnection Customer of any changes to these requirements as soon as they are known. The NYISO and Connecting Transmission Owner shall make Reasonable Efforts to cooperate with the Interconnection Customer in meeting requirements necessary for the Interconnection Customer to commence parallel operations by the in-service date. 2.2.2 The Interconnection Customer shall not operate its Small Generating Facility in parallel with the New York State Transmission System or the Distribution System without prior written authorization of the NYISO. The NYISO, in consultation with the Connecting Transmission Owner, will provide such authorization once the NYISO receives notification that the Interconnection Customer has complied with all applicable parallel Operating Requirements. Such authorization shall not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned, or delayed.

  • Selection of Subcontractors, Procurement of Materials and Leasing of Equipment The contractor shall not discriminate on the grounds of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age or disability in the selection and retention of subcontractors, including procurement of materials and leases of equipment. The contractor shall take all necessary and reasonable steps to ensure nondiscrimination in the administration of this contract. a. The contractor shall notify all potential subcontractors and suppliers and lessors of their EEO obligations under this contract. b. The contractor will use good faith efforts to ensure subcontractor compliance with their EEO obligations.

  • CFR PART 200 Contract Provisions Explanation Required Federal contract provisions of Federal Regulations for Contracts for contracts with ESC Region 8 and TIPS Members: The following provisions are required to be in place and agreed if the procurement is funded in any part with federal funds. The ESC Region 8 and TIPS Members are the subgrantee or Subrecipient by definition.   • Change Orders and Contract Amendments 33.1 The Procuring Entity may at any time order the Supplier through notice in accordance GCC Clause 8, to make changes within the general scope of the Contract in any one or more of the following: a) drawings, designs, or specifications, where Goods to be furnished under the Contract are to be specifically manufactured for the Procuring Entity; b) the method of shipment or packing; c) the place of delivery; and d) the Related Services to be provided by the Supplier. 33.2 If any such change causes an increase or decrease in the cost of, or the time required for, the Supplier's performance of any provisions under the Contract, an equitable adjustment shall be made in the Contract Price or in the Delivery/Completion Schedule, or both, and the Contract shall accordingly be amended. Any claims by the Supplier for adjustment under this Clause must be asserted within twenty-eight (28) days from the date of the Supplier's receipt of the Procuring Entity's change order. 33.3 Prices to be charged by the Supplier for any Related Services that might be needed but which were not included in the Contract shall be agreed upon in advance by the parties and shall not exceed the prevailing rates charged to other parties by the Supplier for similar services.
