SCHOOL DUTIES. 1. During school hours teachers shall devote their time exclusively to school duties. However, should a parent, pupil, or other person’s request to meet with school personnel after or before school, every attempt shall be made to grant such a meeting. 2. Unless excused by the person in charge, all teachers shall be present at meetings called by the board of education, Superintendent, or principals. 3. Teachers shall notify the principal of the building (or their delegate) at the earliest possible moment when they learn that they will be unable to be present to perform their duties. In cases where the principal or delegate cannot be reached, the teacher shall call the superintendent. Teachers shall not engage or pay their own substitutes (Neg. 04). 4. All absences will be reported by form and recorded. Teachers absent from their respective positions will either immediately prior to or immediately after returning sign the “substitute teacher report.”
SCHOOL DUTIES. 2.1. ADMINISTRATION OF EDUCATIONAL PROGRAM. School shall satisfy all applicable accreditation guidelines for the Educational Program and will permit only those Students who have satisfactorily completed all applicable prerequisites of School’s Educational Program to participate in the Clinical Experience. School shall have total responsibility for supervision of Students, planning and determining the adequacy of the didactic and practical educational experiences of the Students participating in the Educational Program as to theoretical training, technical and practical skills, professional ethics, conduct, standards, and behaviors. School shall further require Faculty serving on- site at Mercy to provide the appropriate level of supervision to Students to ensure that Students perform clinical services, as applicable, in compliance with all applicable standards of practice, federal and state laws and regulations and Mercy’s policies, procedures, rules, regulations, and processes. School shall also require a member of its faculty or management staff to coordinate the Clinical Experience with a designated member of Mercy’s staff (“Designee”). School shall, if requested, provide to Mercy administration an annual report which summarizes the activities of the Educational Program for the year and indicates to the extent to which the objectives of the course have been obtained. There shall be a continuing review of the Clinical Experience by School and Mercy. School shall continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of each Student and Faculty and shall remove any Student or Faculty who is not competent or qualified to participate in the Clinical Experience.

SCHOOL DUTIES. The School warrants represents undertakes and agrees that: 5.1 The School has the right to enter into and perform this Licence. 5.2 The School shall only exercise the Rights in relation to the Hymns and/or Worship Songs referred to in Clause 2.3, and the Hymns and/or Worship Songs contained in the Song Reference List as updated by CCLI from time to time during the Licence Period, and the School shall forthwith cease exercising any of the Rights in relation to any Hymn and/or Worship Song which is withdrawn from the Song Reference List, or in respect of Hymns and/or Worship Songs referred to in Clause 2.3 which are withdrawn from the Catalogues, and the provisions of Clause 8.2 shall apply in respect of any such Hymns and/or Worship Songs. 5.3 The School shall not by any act or omission impair or prejudice the copyright in any of the Hymns and/or Worship Songs. 5.4 The School shall not alter the words of any Hymn and/or Worship Song. 5.5 The School shall ensure that every reproduced version of the words of any Hymn and/or Worship Song produced in exercise of any of the Rights shall contain the full and correct song title writer credit(s) and copyright notice (all of which information is contained in the Song Reference List) in substantially the following form: “[Title]” words and music by [writer(s)] [year] [name of copyright owner] Used By Permission. CWCL No. [ ] 5.6 If a Hymn and/or Worship Song is not listed on the Song Reference List and is one in relation to which Clause 2.3 applies, the School shall obtain the information required under Clause 5.5 direct from the appropriate Owner and CCLI shall on request supply the address and telephone number of such Owner. 5.7 The School shall supply to CCLI a copy of any reproduced version of a Hymn and/or Worship Song produced in the exercise of any of the Rights by the School within 14 days following request from CCLI. 5.8 The School shall update the Copy Report during the Licence Period by recording contemporaneously the Fixation Activity of Hymns and/or Worship Songs in accordance with the instructions contained in the Copy Report. 5.9 The School shall appoint a Copy Report Representative who shall be responsible for completing the Copy Report pursuant to Clause 5.8. 5.10 The School shall appoint an Active Contact who shall receive from CCLI renewal reminders licence mailings and news updates on behalf of the School. 5.11 The School shall send the duly completed Copy Report to CCLI on the expiry of the Licen...

  • Employment Duties and Responsibilities A) The Company shall employ the Executive, and the Executive shall serve the Company, as President and Chief Executive Officer, with such duties and responsibilities as may be assigned to the Executive by the Board of Directors of the Company (“BOD”) and are typically associated with a position of that nature. B) The Executive shall devote his best efforts and all of his business time to the performance of his duties under this Agreement and shall perform them faithfully, diligently and competently in a manner consistent with the policies and goals of the Company as determined from time to time by the BOD.   • General Duties It shall be the duty of the Owner Trustee to discharge (or cause to be discharged) all of its responsibilities pursuant to the terms of this Agreement and the Sale and Servicing Agreement and to administer the Trust in the interest of the Holder, subject to the Basic Documents and in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement.   • Normal Duties (a) Faculty members are accountable for 10 months of the year. The 10 months accountable time includes such activities as teaching, the counselling of students, curriculum/program development, professional development and participation on a variety of educational committees. (b) At least one month before the commencement of any accountable time longer than four consecutive days, and covering activities other than teaching or professional development the faculty member will submit for approval to the appropriate administrator an activity plan for this period. Approval will not be unreasonably withheld. On an annual basis, the faculty member will submit to the appropriate administrator a written report of their accountable time activities.

  • Employment Duties (a) Subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein, the Company hereby employs the Executive to act for the Company during the Employment Period in the capacity set forth on Schedule A hereto, and the Executive hereby accepts such employment. (c) However, the parties agree that: (i) Executive may devote a reasonable amount of his time to civic, community, or charitable activities and may serve as a director of other corporations (provided that any such other corporation is not a competitor of the Company, as determined by the Board) and to other types of business or public activities not expressly mentioned in this paragraph and (ii) Executive may participate as a non-employee director and/or investor in other companies and projects as disclosed by Executive to, and approved by, the Board, so long as Executive’s responsibilities with respect thereto do not conflict or interfere with the faithful performance of his duties to the Company.

  • Position, Duties and Responsibilities During the Term (as defined in Section 2.01 below), Executive shall serve as Chief Financial Officer of Company as well as in such other positions or capacities as may be reasonably requested by the Board of Directors of Company (the “Board”) or the Chief Executive Officer of Company (the “CEO”) and shall have such duties and responsibilities as are customary for, and are consistent with, such position(s) as may, from time to time, be assigned by the Board, the CEO and/or any of their respective nominees. Executive’s employment by Company shall be full-time and exclusive to Company and Executive shall (a) report to Company’s CEO, (b) comply with Company’s policies and procedures in place from time to time, and (c) serve Company faithfully and to the best of Executive’s ability. During the Term, and except for paid time off in accordance with the terms of Section 3.01(G) below or absences due to illness or incapacity, Executive shall devote all of Executive’s business time, attention, skill and efforts exclusively to the business and affairs of Company (including its affiliates) and the promotion of its interests. Notwithstanding anything contained herein to the contrary, Executive may do the following, provided that such activities do not inhibit or prohibit the performance of Executive’s duties hereunder or inhibit or conflict with the business of Company and/or its affiliates: (i) engage in charitable, educational, religious, civic and similar types of activities and manage Executive’s personal investments, and (ii) with consent of the Board which shall not be unreasonably withheld, serve on the board of directors, managers, advisors (or their equivalent) of outside business enterprises for up to 30 hours in the aggregate per calendar quarter (including but not limited to AngelMed, GenPro, and eNeura). Executive shall be required to spend on average eight days per month at the Company’s corporate offices in either Florida or Israel including travel. Executive acknowledges that he shall be required to travel as reasonably necessary to perform Executive’s duties hereunder, including international travel.
