SCOPE AND PURPOSE OF THE AGREEMENT. 2.1. The PEPPOL Transport Infrastructure is an interoperable environment; build upon national systems and infrastructures that provide a mean by which PEPPOL Participants are able to exchange business documents between each other, automatically and without manual intervention, thus facilitating an interoperable environment supporting the full cycle of electronic procurement activities.

SCOPE AND PURPOSE OF THE AGREEMENT. Through this contribution agreement, Bayer commits to provide financial support to an analysis project (the “Project”) with the purpose of covering the patient perspective on being in treatment for neovascular (“wet”) age related macular degeneration (nAMD). The project shall, among other things, include intervieweing of patients with nAMD with the purpose to gain an understanding of to what extent patients experience practical difficulties and psychological strain when they are in treatment for nAMD. The Project, called “Afdækning af patientperspektivet ved behandling af våd AMD” is to be conducted by Øjenforeningen (“Organization”), which has asked Bayer for financial support to conduct the analysis. Bayer is willing to provide financial support to cover a part of the costs for the Project. The Parties agree to follow relevant laws and regulations in their cooperation, including, but not limited to, the Ethical Rules for Collaboration between Patient Organisations, etc., and the Pharmaceutical Industry. (“Patientforeningskodeks”), issued by the Ethical Committee for the Pharmaceutical Industry (“ENLI”) and effective from 15 June 2022 until further notice. The Parties agree that Xxxxx'x contribution shall only be used to cover reasonable and necessary costs for the conduct of the specific Project.
SCOPE AND PURPOSE OF THE AGREEMENT. This Agreement sets forth UVM’s financial commitment to the City with respect to the City’s Ten-Year Capital Plan in consideration of its impact upon the City and the benefits of adequate infrastructure to UVM as well as City residents and visitors. This Agreement also supersedes the master agreement into which the parties entered through their respective duly authorized representatives on November 6, 2000, the master agreement relating to matters including student housing, student conduct, parking, and traffic. Note that housing issues are currently detailed in a separate 2009 Zoning Agreement and discussed later in this agreement. The Parties shall endeavour to improve and build Nasdaq Stockholm’s offering in Norwegian derivatives market through creating a liquid market for such derivatives traded under the Exchange Rules. When ordering Devices, Customer is responsible to ensure that the necessary data and telecommunication systems which Service requires are available (2G GSM network signal needed for device to upload reports). Service login is protected. Technical support and other supportive measures Technical support and other supportive measures included in Service are defined in Appendix 1. Supplier and HappyOrNot Ltd is entitled to use Customer’s name and/or logo as a reference.
