SCOPE AND PURPOSE OF THE AGREEMENT. 2.1 THE PEPPOL TRANSPORT INFRASTRUCTURE The PEPPOL Transport Infrastructure is an interoperable environment, built upon national and/or regional systems and infrastructures, that provides a mean by which PEPPOL Participants are able to exchange business documents between each other, automatically and without manual intervention, thus facilitating an interoperable environment supporting the full cycle of electronic procurement activities.
SCOPE AND PURPOSE OF THE AGREEMENT. 2.1. The PEPPOL Transport Infrastructure is an interoperable environment; build upon national systems and infrastructures that provide a mean by which PEPPOL Participants are able to exchange business documents between each other, automatically and without manual intervention, thus facilitating an interoperable environment supporting the full cycle of electronic procurement activities.
2.2. The purpose of the Agreement is to define the general principles of the cooperation between the Parties.
2.3. The agreement also constitutes the contractual framework for - the access of PEPPOL SMP Provider to the PEPPOL SML and covers the interface and information exchanged between the PEPPOL SMP and the PEPPOL SML; - the access of any PEPPOL AP to the PEPPOL SMP and covers the interface and information exchanged between the PEPPOL SMP and the PEPPOL SML.
2.4. The Agreement shall not be interpreted as an exclusive cooperation between the Parties. Each Party is free to conduct identical or similar business on its own and/or in cooperation with other parties.
2.5. Neither Party may conclude agreements on behalf of the other Party or in any other way represent the other Party on the basis of the Agreement. Neither Party acts as the other Party’s subcontractor in the operations referred to in the Agreement.
SCOPE AND PURPOSE OF THE AGREEMENT i) The purpose of this Agreement is to promote and set out terms for the engagement of musicians in ITV television programmes.
ii) This Agreement sets out the minimum terms and conditions of engagement in the United Kingdom for members of the Union engaged to provide music for television programmes by the ITV Companies.
iii) It may not be used for commercial audio recordings or for any other purposes other than as provided for in this Agreement, except by prior agreement with the Union.
iv) Musicians engaged under the terms of this Agreement shall be professional musicians, subject to such exceptions as may be agreed from time to time. ITV recognises for purposes of collective bargaining the Musicians' Union as the sole representative organisation of musicians.
SCOPE AND PURPOSE OF THE AGREEMENT. 1.1 The conditions set forth in this letter of agreement allow the OSM to record the performance given by the musicians in a live concert, performed in public, on an audio or audiovisual mediium and to broadcast the performance thus fixed on the platforms authorized by this letter of agreement.
SCOPE AND PURPOSE OF THE AGREEMENT. 1.01 Under this Agreement, the Provider undertakes to provide the Client with services consisting of the development of a software tool for work with documentation in the eCTD and XxxX formats (hereinafter referred to as “Application SW”), procured under a licence agreement concluded on the basis of contract award under tender procedure VZ52/2015 “Implementation of the eCTD tool in the State Institute for Drug Control”, for the period of 3 years of the entry into effect of this Agreement. The services consisting of the development of Application SW as referred to under the previous sentence shall be further referred to hereunder as the “Services”. The Services shall be provided within the scope of 100 man-days (1 man-day shall mean 8 man-hours) throughout the entire term of this Agreement and shall include the following: • Application SW modifications as required by the Client, which shall mean, in particular (but not exclusively), modifications of the individual configuration of the Application SW or an analysis and development of new functionalities of the Application SW; • The provision of consultations by the Provider´s specialists on the usage of the Application SW and implementation of Application SW user and administrator training.
1.02 The Services shall be executed by the Provider on the basis of individual orders placed by the Client and confirmed by the Provider. The individual orders placed by the Client shall be submitted by the Client´s authorised person referred to under paragraph 14.01 in writing by e-mail or via a helpdesk application. Thereafter, the Provider shall establish and send from the e-mail address of their authorised person referred to under paragraph

14.01 the anticipated scope of the Services according to the order in hours and the timeline for their provision (delivery). The Client shall then, by means of an e-mail sent from the e-mail address of their authorised person referred to under paragraph 14.01 to the e-mail address of the authorised person of the Provider referred to under paragraph 14.01, confirm the Services within the scope of the respective order, their volume in hours, and the timeline for their provision (delivery). SCOPE AND PURPOSE OF THE AGREEMENT. This Agreement contains all the terms and conditions of employment for employees covered by the Agreement and shall apply to nurses employed by the Employer as classified in Schedule 1 of this Agreement. The purpose of this Agreement is to:-
(a) Acknowledge that the nature of the business is conducting a Day Surgery facility based on meeting Surgeons’ operating requirements. A principal factor in meeting these requirements is the ability to be able to respond to the availability of Surgeons and Patients to complete the intended lists. Subsequently, the Employer and its Employees are responsive to these factors and have little control on the conduct of these lists. It is paramount therefore that flexibility in meeting these requirements are mutually acknowledged to ensure the business operates effectively and that the Employees have a reasonable expectation of being provided work regularly and ongoing in either the Theatre or Recovery aspects of the Day Surgery facility.
(b) Increase the productivity, efficiency, flexibility and competitiveness of the Employer;
(c) Recognise the contribution of Registered and Enrolled Nurses to ensuring the quality of services provided by the Employer;
(d) Maintain ongoing consultation between management and nursing staff;
(e) Maintain commitment of the Employer and its nursing staff to the provision of quality care services to the client;
(f) Acknowledge the commitment of the parties to on-going continuous improvement and participation in the organisation’s Quality management System and accreditation with The Australian Council on Health Care Standards and continuous improvement in Occupational Health and Safety.
SCOPE AND PURPOSE OF THE AGREEMENT. The Parties shall endeavour to improve and build Nasdaq Stockholm’s offering in Norwegian derivatives market through creating a liquid market for such derivatives traded under the Exchange Rules. The purpose of this Agreement is to govern the sharing of Nasdaq Stockholm’s revenues with respect to Norwegian Single Stock and Index Derivatives (as defined below) between Nasdaq Stockholm and the Member.
SCOPE AND PURPOSE OF THE AGREEMENT. The Agreement sets out the respective roles and responsibilities of ACTED and the Supplier applicable to all Processing of Personal Data by the Supplier, whether such Processing is covered by Services Agreements already in force and/or to be concluded in the future between them. This Agreement is intended to replace any provision in the Services Agreements which relates to the protection of Personal Data or the privacy of individuals, is added to and amend any priori Services Agreement. The Parties agree that this Agreement is part of any existing Services Agreement and that any future Services Agreement will include the present Agreement. In addition to any other obligations the Supplier may have pursuant to the Services Agreements, the Supplier shall comply with the terms of this Agreement in connection with all Services. In the event of inconsistencies between the provisions of this Agreement and other agreements between the Parties, the provisions of this Agreement shall prevail with regard to the Parties’ data protection obligations relating to Personal Data. In cases of doubt, this Agreement shall prevail, in particular, where it cannot be clearly established whether a clause relates to a Party’s data protection obligation.

(f) Acknowledge the commitment of the parties to on-going continuous improvement and participation in the organisation's Quality management System and accreditation with The AS/NZS ISO 9001-2016 incorporating the core standards for safety and quality in healthcare and continuous improvement in Occupational Health and Safety; and
(g) During the life of the Agreement, the rates of pay shall not fall below the minimum required under the applicable award and conditions shall be maintained to the National Employment Standards.
SCOPE AND PURPOSE OF THE AGREEMENT. The purpose of this Agreement is to determine the terms and conditions and the framework pursuant to which (i) LUXHUB provides the Services to the Client and (ii) the Client and LUXHUB shall cooperate.
