Scope of the Insurance. Within the limits and conditions stipulated in the Po- licy, and by means of payment of the premium and of the copayments correspond- ing to each service, the Insurer undertakes to provide the Insured with cove- rage for the per- tinent medical, surgical and hospital care re- quired for all of the illnesses or injuries which are included on the list of healthcare benefits related to the medical specialties indicated in Clause 2 (Co- verage Description Clauses), with the Insurer paying the cost thereof by direct payment to the participa- ting professionals or centres providing the service. In any event, the Insurer shall bear the cost of health- care coverage contracted when this is required in emergency situations and for the duration thereof. The present Healthcare Insurance Policy does not allow for optional cash indemnity in lieu of the cove- red healthcare benefit.   • Insurance Policies Insurance required herein shall be by companies duly licensed or admitted to transact business in the state where the Premises are located, and maintaining during the policy term a "General Policyholders Rating" of at least B+, V, as set forth in the most current issue of "Best's Insurance Guide", or such other rating as may be required by a Lender.   • Trauma Insurance All employees will be covered by an Incolink administered lump sum insurance policy providing financial compensation in the event of a major work related (ie. WorkCover) accident resulting in death or permanent total disablement.
