Secretarial/Clerical/Office Personnel. For all qualifying bargaining unit members effective February 1, 2013: Plan A:  MESSA ABC plan 1  ABC Rx  $1,250/$2,500 deductible  $0 office visit  Adult Immunization Rider  Dental-Delta Dental Plan E/007 (80/80/80 $1300)  Vision – VSP3 Gold  Life – 25,000 term with AD& D  Preventative Care Rider Effective February 1, 2013 through June 30, 2013 the Employee’s premium contribution toward medical benefits will be as follows: Single $ 93.82 Two Person $301.75 Full Family $ 72.38 This amount is subject to change based on the employee census. The employer share of premiums cannot be higher than the allowable amount under Section 3 or 4 of PA 152 of 2011. February 1, 2013 the employer will contribute one hundred percent (100%) of the required deductible into a Health Equity HSA. The employer will pay $1,250 for single subscribers and $2,500 for 2-person and family subscribers into a Health Equity Health Savings Account unless the employee has elected to waive this to decrease their monthly costs under PA 152. Effective July 1, 2013 and forward for the length of the contract, the District will pay eighty percent (80%) and employees will pay twenty percent (20%) of health care premiums including district contribution towards employee’s health savings account. The employer share of premiums cannot be higher than the allowable amount under Section 3 or 4 of PA 152 of 2011. If there are greater savings for employees under the Hard Cap language compared to the 80/20 above, then the group can revert back to Hard Cap language including selecting the plan that best suits their needs, including HSA options Plan B:  Dental-Delta Dental Plan E/007 (80/80/80 $1300)  Vision – VSP3 Gold  Life – 25,000 term with AD& D  Cash in the amount of $400 in 2016-17 $425 in 2017-18 $450 in 2018-19 Section 2: Secretarial/Clerical/Office Personnel—Part-time A part-time secretarial/clerical/office personnel employee (an employee who does not work an eight [8] hour day) shall not be eligible for fringe benefits unless he/she works fifteen (15) hours per week. An employee working fifteen (15) hours or more per week (but less than forty [40] hours) shall receive MESSA PAK Plan B as described above. If the employee elects Plan A, he/she shall be responsible for payment of the premium differential between Plan A and Plan B.

  • Secretariat 1. The secretariat established by Article 8 of the Convention shall serve as the secretariat of this Agreement.

  • SUPERVISORY PERSONNEL All supervisors and foremen shall be excluded from the bargaining unit and will not perform any work which falls within the scope of this Agreement. When supervisors and foremen are appointed, a notice to that effect will be posted and maintained on a bulletin board.

  • Personnel Provide, without remuneration from or other cost to the Trust, the services of individuals competent to perform the administrative functions which are not performed by employees or other agents engaged by the Trust or by the Adviser acting in some other capacity pursuant to a separate agreement or arrangement with the Trust.

  • Field Training Officers The position of Field Training Officer (FTO) shall be held by a Trooper or Sergeant who most closely meets the requirements set forth by the Employer which are outlined in policy OSP-501.08. If the Employer determines there are an insufficient number of qualified volunteers, it may appoint other individuals to be FTOs. The District Commander shall make the final selections. A supplement of eight hundred dollars ($800.00) shall be given to all FTOs for the sixty (60) working day training period. This amount will be prorated in instances where the training period is cut short or lengthened. Field Training Officers and their trainees will be required to work twenty (20) days on each of the three shifts during the training period.

  • Human Resources Database The Parties believe that their on-going and collective bargaining relationships are enhanced through useful, timely, and accessible data on relevant human resources matters, including those listed below. The Parties agree to provide and support the accumulation and dissemination of available data to the PSEA, which will be responsible for the management of the HRDB project including the gathering, analysis, and maintenance of such data. The Parties may undertake joint projects for the comparative analysis of such data. The Parties agree that a Steering Committee will oversee this program. The Committee will include representatives designated by each Party. The Parties recommend that the Ministry of Advanced Education, Training and Technology continue to provide funding to assist in the gathering, analysis, and maintenance of such data through the agreed-upon organization.

  • B4 Key Personnel B4.1 The Contractor acknowledges that the Key Personnel are essential to the proper provision of the Services to the Authority.

  • Headquarters 11.1 This article applies to employees who do not attend at or work at or work from any permanent ministry facility in the course of their duties, but for whom a permanent ministry facility or other place is designated as an employee’s “headquarters” for the purposes of the provisions of this Central Collective Agreement and of various allowances which require a headquarters to be specified.
