Service Assessment. (a) You acknowledge that an independent agency will review all Community Care services against either the Human Services Quality Standards or the Community Care Common Standards.
(b) At least once during each three year term, the independent agency will review the Services provided by Service Providers to determine the extent to which the Service Provider is complying with the Human Services Quality Standards or the Community Care Common Standards.
(c) You must:
(i) co-operate fully with the independent agency in respect of the review;
(ii) implement any quality improvement action plan which may result from a review of the Services;
(iii) if requested by Us, provide a copy of the review report to Us within twenty-one (21) days of receipt of that request.
Service Assessment. (a) You acknowledge that an independent agency appointed by Us will review all HACC Program services against the Community Care Common Standards.
(b) At least once during each three year term, the independent agency will review the Services provided by each of the Service Providers to determine the extent to which the Service Provider is complying with the Community Care Common Standards.
(c) You must:
(i) co-operate fully with the independent agency in respect of the review;
(ii) implement any quality improvement action plan which may result from a review of the Services;
(iii) if requested by Us, provide a copy of the review report to Us within twenty-one (21) days of receipt of that request.
Service Assessment. (a) You must ensure that the Meals are provided in accordance with all of the objectives and standards contained in the HACC National Service Standards.
(b) You acknowledge that an independent agency appointed by Us will review all HACC Program services against the National Service Standards.
(c) At least once during each three year term, the independent agency will review the Services provided by each of the Service Providers to determine the extent to which the Service Provider is complying with the National Service Standards.
(d) You must:
(i) co-operate fully with the independent agency in respect of the review;
(ii) implement any quality improvement action plan which may result from a review of the Services;
(iii) if requested by Us, provide a copy of the review report to Us within twenty-one (21) days of receipt of that request.
Service Assessment. The Parties acknowledge that assessment for the provision of services of local work areas may occur taking into account the following requirements: ▪ The consultative process will extend to providing the training, technology and other resources needed to enable local work areas to become more competitive. ▪ The identified services should be assessed as being able to be improved. The competitive gap will be identified and strategies will be implemented progressively to address the gaps. ▪ The Parties are committed to demonstrating the ability to embrace and apply new technologies to improve service quality through the consultation process.
Service Assessment. The Region is charged with the responsibility of collecting Outcome measurement information. Measures in the following areas have been developed: Access ☐ Community Integration ☒ Competitive Employment ☒ Housing ☒ Somatic Care ☒ Administrative ☐ Provider is required to follow the reporting requirements for any checked outcome measures. If the Region implements additional measures, this contract will be amended to reflect said changes.

Service Assessment. Party B shall provide the services in accordance with the service objectives and principles as set out under Section 1, and within the period stipulated by Party A, failing which, Party A shall have the right and discretion to unilaterally make deductions from the service fee payable, including as follows:
1. If Party B fails to provide services in accordance with the agreed schedule without a justifiable reason, Party A may deduct 2% of the service fee payable for each one-month period of delay;
2. Party A shall have the right to supervise and issue guidance in relation to the performance of Party B, and Party B shall follow the guidance given by Party A and effect rectifications; failing which, Party A may deduct 1-10% (not exceeding 100% cumulatively) of the service fee payable based on the relevant circumstances for each incident;
3. In the event of material adverse impact, or the violation of any law, regulation or provision of this agreement, Party A may deduct service fee payable depending on the level of impact. Upon the occurrence of any event contemplated under Section 4.3, Party A shall also have the right (but not the obligation) to unilaterally terminate this agreement.
Service Assessment. CONSEVITIS-RS will have the right to thoroughly inspect the provision of services covered by this instrument, even though its representatives, with the following main duties:
a) Require the CONTRACTOR to strictly comply with the stipulations of this Reference Instrument and the Agreement and with the best techniques established by custom for the execution of the services covered by this Instrument.
b) Require the CONTRACTOR to carry out, correct, or redo faulty services.
c) Control the conditions for the provision of services, agreeing with the CONTRACTOR any changes following execution that are deemed convenient or necessary, and control such conditions in order to require the latter, in the event of delay in services, to adopt a different work regime.
d) Provide permanent assistance to the provision of the services by interpreting and solving any problems that may arise.
e) Forward to the CONTRACTOR any communications that may be necessary in relation to the inspection and control of the services provided.
f) Attest to the execution of services relating to the tax document to be submitted.
g) Prove tax, social security and labor good standing, without prejudice to complying with requests from the CONTRACTING PARTY. Inspectors shall also be responsible for defining the deadlines for complying with the demands made.
