Service Initiation. Xxxxxxxx shall initiate the Services described herein ------------------ on January 4, 2000 (the "Service Initiation Date"), provided, however that Customer has signed this Agreement no later than December 14, 1999. Customer's obligation to pay for the Services shall begin on the Service Initiation Date. Loral has agreed to provide a transponder for testing purposes up to a maximum of 15 MHz, and Xxxxxxxx will provide the Services during a Testing Period, which shall begin as early as possible during the week of December 13, 1999 and continue until January 2, 2000. Loral has informed Xxxxxxxx that Telstar 7, Transponder 3 has been designated for such Testing Period and service will switch to Telstar 7, Transponder 15 on January 4, 2000.
Service InitiationUpon receipt of a valid PO from Direct-Customer, Nexsan will use reasonable commercial efforts to complete End-Customer service set up within four (4) weeks. Nexsan will deliver services on a best- effort basis during this initial period.
Service Initiation. Prepare Service Order – Upon request of CITY’s Project Manager, CONSULTANT shall meet with the Project Manager to discuss the Project. CONSULTANT shall become familiar with the Project description, scope and goals and develop proposed scope of services. CONSULTANT shall prepare a proposed scope of work for Project services consistent with CITY’s minimum requirements, including the following: Project Description, Scope of Services including deliverables, and Schedule of Performance and Schedule of Compensation. CONSULTANT shall submit the proposed Scope of Services to the Project Manager in electronic format, and on paper if requested. The Project Manager will review and comment on proposed scope of work, and the parties shall agree on the terms of the final Service Order. CONSULTANT shall not be compensated for work performed in preparing a draft scope of services for a Service Order.
Service Initiation. (a) JPD will administer the screening and assessment tool via the utilization of BHIPS on all adjudicated youths who have a score on the MAYSI-2 indicating a high probability of alcohol/chemical use or abuse. (b) JPD will be responsible for the case management and treatment of youths within the jurisdiction of the Juvenile Probation Department and will monitor initiation, engagement, and service completion. (c) JPD will gather data elements as identified in the future for local and grant reporting purposes through the use of BHIPS in an effort to measure program performance.
Service Initiation. Client acknowledges and agrees that Client's Authorized Users will need to input a Caller's mobile phone number to initiate a request to a Caller for the transmission of Caller Data from such Caller to the Prepared Platform for viewing of such Caller Data by Client's Authorized Users on the Call­ Taker Console (and the applicable Prepared Platform Extension if the Client has subscribed to the applicable Paid Subscription Tier) as part of the Service. Client acknowledges and agrees that a Caller may not, at all or in a timely manner, transmit Caller Data to the Prepared Platform despite having received notification on their Mobile Device from the Prepared Platform of a request initiated by an Authorized User of Client to transmit Caller Data.
Service Initiation. The Services described herein shall commence on ____________ (the "Service Initiation Date"). Customer's obligation to pay for the Services shall begin on the Service Initiation Date, unless the Services have not begun as of that date due to some fault of Vyvx. Within fifteen (15) calendar days after being notified by the CITY of a project or services, the CONSULTANT will submit to the CITY a scope of work that will include: a. Description of the CONSULTANT's approach to performing the scope of services, including any constraints, specific strategies, or special considerations that apply. b. The roles and responsibilities of the project team members, including sub- consultants, if different from the proposal. c. Cost proposals for each task identified by the CITY including number of hours and cost for each sub-task. d. A schedule that details activities of each service in an appropriate time frame consistent with the duration of the project or service. The work scope will be prepared in the degree and detail appropriate to each task. The Project Manager will review and comment on proposed scope of work, and the parties shall agree on the terms of the final Task Order. CONSULTANT shall not be compensated for work performed in preparing a draft scope of services for a Task Order.

Service Initiation a) WHIRLPOOL may initiate one or more Services in a territory designated in the applicable SAF by forwarding two copies of applicable completed Service Authorization Form(s) signed by an authorized representative of WHIRLPOOL One or more Schedules may be attached to any SAF. b) VENDOR agrees to consider in good faith such proposed Service and, within the time period specified in the SAF, agrees to notify WHIRLPOOL whether or not it agrees to undertake the Service(s) proposed therein. VENDOR will indicate its willingness to undertake such a proposed Service(s) by returning to WHIRLPOOL a copy of the SAF signed by an authorized representative, whereupon the Service proposed therein shall become the basis of a specific Service ("Approved Service") and the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement shall apply. c) In the event that VENDOR declines to participate in the Service, neither party shall have any obligation concerning such Service, and WHIRLPOOL may pursue such Service(s) with any other company provided such service is not in violation of the confidentiality obligations of or the conflict of interest restrictions of this Agreement. d) All parties agree to provide copies of all executed Service Initiation Authorizations to the above named Contract Administrators within ten (10) days of their execution. e) Neither party is obligated to initiate or accept any proposed Service. This Agreement is not intended to create an exclusive relationship between WHIRLPOOL and VENDOR, but instead is merely intended to provide a framework for defining the terms and conditions applicable to any Approved Services which might be entered into according to the terms of this Agreement. Nothing in this Agreement, shall prevent either party from entering into reverse logistics service agreements with other companies provided such reverse logistics services are not in violation of the confidentiality obligations or the conflict of interest restrictions of this Agreement. Neither party is required by this Agreement to first offer any projects to the other party before offering such project to a non-party. However, certain Services may be exclusive if so indicated on the SAF.
Service Initiation. The first contact with OSAR shall be within 14 days of the JPD referral. OSAR Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselors (LCDCs) will screen and, if appropriate, will assess youths referred from JPD for services using the Behavioral Health Integrated Provider System, or BHIPS, an Internet-based computer system for behavioral health providers that supports a comprehensive service delivery system. (a) OSAR will administer the screening and assessment tool via the utilization of BHIPS on all youths referred from JPD. (b) Upon receipt of a referral from JPD, XXXX will attempt to contact the family and schedule a screening appointment within 24 hours of receiving the referral form, with the exception of weekends and holidays, whereby contact shall be made the business day following receipt of the referral. (c) XXXX will contact the family within 24-48 hours prior to the scheduled appointments as a reminder. This will assist with increasing the compliancy rate amongst the referred population. (d) OSAR will be responsible for linking referred youth via their network of providers and will assist in coordinating services within the community and monitor initiation, engagement, and service completion. (e) OSAR will gather data elements as identified in the future for local and grant reporting purposes through the use of BHIPS in an effort to measure program performance.
