Shared Services Coordinator. The BCDHE, as Lead Municipality, shall hire and employ a Shared Services Coordinator who may or may not be the BCDHE’s Director of Public Health, and, through the Shared Services Coordinator and its Health Department, shall perform all necessary fiscal and administrative functions necessary to provide the services contemplated under this Agreement, and shall be the holder of all grant funds related to the Grant Program, and may retain up 10% of the funds received through the Grant Program for wages and resources related to the performance of such duties, in accordance with the Grant Program Scope of Services, attached hereto as Exhibit B and incorporated herein. The Shared Services Coordinator shall report to the Governance Board and shall keep records of all funding and expenditures for review by the Board and provide periodic financial status updates. For the purposes of employment status and health, retirement and other benefits, and immunities and indemnification as provided by law, the Shared Services Coordinator and any Barnstable County Health Department staff working on behalf of the Collaborative, or the Governance Board shall be considered employees of Barnstable County and shall be accorded all benefits enjoyed by other Barnstable County employees within the same classification as they are or shall be established.

The voting member shall be a Board of Health member or designee of that municipality’s Board of Health. Each participating municipality shall also have a second representative who shall be an associate member and who may vote only when the full member and may vote only when the full member is not in attendance. Each municipality shall maintain its individual local Board of Health, which shall retain its own legal authority and autonomy as provided by law. Voting: Each participating municipality shall be entitled to one vote on the Governance Board. Shared Services Coordinator. The Town of Longmeadow as Lead Municipality, shall hire and employ a Shared Services Coordinator and, through the Shared Services Coordinator and the Lead Municipality’s Health Department, shall perform all necessary fiscal and administrative functions necessary to provide the services contemplated under this Agreement, and shall be the holder of all grant funds related to the Grant Program, and may retain up 15% of the funds received through the Grant Program for wages and resources related to the performance of such duties, in accordance with the Grant Program Scope of Services, attached hereto as Exhibit B and incorporated herein. The Shared Services Coordinator shall report to the Advisory Board and shall keep records of all funding and expenditures for review by the Board and provide periodic financial status updates. Shared Services Coordinator. Administrative, scheduling, and coordination support will be provided to assist with any issues related to NC5E, including shared services staff scheduling, communication among the participating municipalities, organizing quarterly meetings, representing NC5E at MDPH meetings, technical issues, program administration efforts and follow up as required. This position will also provide additional training in Community Sanitation & Environmental Protection to the staff, increase participation in Grant Sourcing & Writing and enhance capacity to store & retrieve inspection documentation, especially electronically as noted in the CART.

  • Project Coordinator The Project Coordinator coordinates and manages the Project and represents the Participants before Stichting LSH-TKI. Participants appoint [Participant] as Project Coordinator and authorize Mr/Mrs ……….. to carry out the tasks set forth under this Section 6.7 and Section 6.8. In particular, the Project Coordinator shall be responsible for: preparing the meetings, proposing decisions and preparing the agenda of Project Committee chairing the meetings, preparing the minutes of the meetings and monitoring the implementation of decisions taken at meetings; monitoring compliance by the Participants with their obligations; keeping the address list of Members and other contact persons updated and available; collecting and reviewing information on the progress of the Project and submitting outline scientific reports and other deliverables (including financial statements and related certification), if required, to Stichting LSH-TKI and other Participants; transmitting promptly documents and information connected with the Project; administration of the Budget and fulfilling the financial tasks, all as described in Article 7; providing, upon request, the Participants with official copies or originals of documents which are in the sole possession of the Project Coordinator when such copies or originals are necessary for the Participants to present claims. The Project Coordinator shall not be entitled to act or to make legally binding declarations on behalf of any other Participant.

  • Service Coordinators Each Party has designated an employee or title as the key contact for the day-to-day implementation or monitoring of each Service as specified in the applicable Transition Service Schedule (each, a “Service Coordinator”). The Parties shall direct communications relating to specific Services to the applicable Service Coordinators. The Service Coordinators shall report to the Transition Committee from time to time, as directed by the members of the Transition Committee designated by the applicable Party.

If one or more of the Parties is late in submission of any project deliverable, the Coordinator may nevertheless submit the other parties’ project deliverables and all other documents required by the Grant Agreement to the Funding Authority in time. 6.4.3 If the Coordinator fails in its coordination tasks, the General Assembly may propose to the Funding Authority to change the Coordinator. 6.4.4 The Coordinator shall not be entitled to act or to make legally binding declarations on behalf of any other Party or of the consortium, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the Grant Agreement or this Consortium Agreement 6.4.5 The Coordinator shall not enlarge its role beyond the tasks specified in this Consortium Agreement and in the Grant Agreement.
