Shifts Defined. ‌ For purposes of the shift differential premium, an evening shift is defined as beginning at or after 2:00 p.m. and prior to 10:00 p.m., and a night shift is defined as beginning at or after 10:00 p.m. and prior to 8:00 a.m.

Shifts Defined. Determination of starting time and hours of work shall be made by the Company and such schedules may be changed from time to time to suit varying conditions of business. The starting time of the various shifts will be as follows: First Shift: Beginning at or after 5:00 a.m. but before 11:00 a.m. Second Shift: Beginning at or after 11:00 a.m. but before 6:00 p.m. Third Shift: Beginning at or after 6:00 p.m. but before 5:00 a.m.
Shifts Defined. Except for on-call food service employees and substitutes, each employee shall be assigned to a definite shift with designated time of beginning and ending.
