Payroll Reporting. 6.6.1 All paid time spent by Union stewards and members in release time activities shall be reported under code UNR (Union Release Time) on employee time sheets. 6.6.2 All paid time spent by Union stewards and members on Union Business Leave shall be reported under code UNB (Union Release Conference & Training/Business) on employee time sheets. 6.6.3 All paid time spent by Union stewards and members in release time for the purposes of collective bargaining negotiations shall be reported under code UNN (Union Negotiations Release Time) on employee time sheets. 6.6.4 The County reserves the right to modify these codes as necessary for administrative or financial reporting purposes. If the County intends to modify these codes, the County shall give the Union at least thirty (30) days written notice prior to the modification.

Payroll Reporting. In the United States, pursuant to IRS Revenue Procedure 2004-53, the Purchaser and the Seller Parties and their respective Affiliates shall apply the “standard” method for purposes of employee payroll reporting with respect to any Business Employee.

Payroll Reporting. Absence from work will be reported in the current payroll system prior to, and on a timeline for supervisor approval, before leave is taken. In the instance of illness, reported leave will be entered upon return to work. If leave is taken after the monthly reporting deadline (20th-25th of the month) then leave time will be adjusted by the payroll department in the following pay period.
