SHIPPING AND STORAGE. The Venue strongly discourages shipping items to the Venue’s facilities. If a shipment is necessary, the Client must contact their event planner for approval and instructions. The Venue cannot accept responsibility for any damaged or lost items. All items including, but not limited to, props, displays, vendor merchandise, etc., must be brought in and removed within the contracted time by the Client, unless previous arrangements have been made with their event planner. The Client will be billed for any and all charges associated with the removal and disposal of items left behind following the Client’s event(s).

SHIPPING AND STORAGE. Cendant will arrange for a quote to be carried out by a shipping company with regard to moving your personal effects. You will be permitted to send 250lbs per family member by airfreight and the remainder by seafreight. This sea shipment will be limited to a twenty-foot container. Cendant will also arrange transit insurance for your freight. During the term of your overseas assignment, the National Group will meet the cost of storing and insuring your furniture and personal effects in the UK, including one motor vehicle. Your Cendant IAC will also arrange storage requirements. Your IAC will arrange up to three days in a serviced apartment (if required) immediately prior to your departure to Australia. While the Group will meet the cost of this accommodation, all other costs (food, laundry, telephone calls etc) are the responsibility of the employee.
SHIPPING AND STORAGE. (a) Contractor shall, as part of the Work: (i) arrange for complete handling of all Equipment, including inspection, expediting, quality assurance, shipping, loading, unloading, FTZ admission, customs clearance, receiving, and storage; (ii) make all necessary arrangements for tugs, escort services and any other arrangements necessary for the use of waterborne transport of any items, including Equipment, to the Site; and (iii) construct and maintain the heavy haul road for use in transporting items delivered to the materials offloading facility as described in Appendix A, until Substantial Completion of Stage II occurs and care, custody and control of Stage II has been transferred to Owner. Contractor has provided Owner with a shipping Plan as part of the Project Execution Plan that lays out the methodology and logistics of transporting the Equipment, the Construction Equipment and all other items and materials incorporated into the LNG Facility as part of the Work or used in connection with or necessary to conduct the Work but which do not form a permanent part of the LNG Facility, which Contractor shall follow in shipping all Equipment to the Site. If Contractor determines that any access roads over which it will transport items, including Equipment, to the Site, must be widened or otherwise improved under applicable requirements of the Department of Transportation, FERC or other Governmental Authorities in connection with Contractor’s proposed use, Contractor shall be responsible to obtain any Permit or prepare any applications to modify any Owner Permit and, subject to Owner’s rights with respect to the Owner Permits, submit such application and obtain the necessary modifications to such Owner Permit, and subject to Contractor’s rights with respect to a Change in Law, shall bear the risk of delay with respect to issuance of any such Permit or modification. (b) All Equipment, including operating spare parts and Capital Spare Parts, and other items comprising part of the Work stored at a location other than the Site or with respect to which title has passed to Owner under this Agreement shall be segregated from other goods and shall be clearly marked as “Property of Port Xxxxxx LNG, LLC” or “Property of PALNG Common Facilities Company, LLC,” as applicable. SHIPPING AND STORAGE. SST shall maintain storage and shipping -------------------- facilities and shipping containers for the Products in accordance with the following requirements: (i) SST shall maintain adequate facilities at its [*] - Certain information on this page has been omitted and filed separately with the Commission. Confidential treatment has been requested with respect to the omitted portion. warehouse(s) to store all Products according to Product package labeling, (ii) SST will monitor and document conditions in its controlled storage areas, and (iii) SST will ship Products in validated shipping containers, substantially equivalent to FMT's standard shipping containers, using procedures which maintain controlled temperature conditions as specified on the Product label. FMT will supply SST, at SST's request and expense, with FMT standard shipping containers. SST may use shipping containers other than those supplied by FMT; provided that prior to using such shipping containers, SST shall provide FMT with specifications and validation test results for such shipping containers. At mutually agreed upon times, SST shall make available to FMT for inspection, at FMT's expense: (a) SST storage and shipping facilities, shipping containers, and related documentation, or (b) SST's records that establish SST's compliance with FMT's storage and shipping requirements for the Products as described above.

  • SHIPPING AND AIR TRANSPORT 1. Profits of an enterprise of a Contracting State from the operation of ships or aircraft in international traffic shall be taxable only in that State. 2. The provisions of paragraph 1 shall also apply to profits from the participation in a pool, a joint business or an international operating agency.

  • PACKING AND SHIPPING a. Seller shall pack the goods and materials to prevent damage and deterioration. Unless otherwise set forth in this Contract, Seller shall package the goods in accordance with the requirements of Boeing Document D37522-6 “Supplier Packaging”. Buyer may charge Seller for damage to or deterioration of any goods resulting from improper packing or packaging. b. If the Contract specifies FOB destination (place of delivery), then in addition to any other shipping instructions, Seller shall forward goods freight prepaid. Seller shall make the transportation arrangements, pay the shipping costs, and remain responsible for the goods and materials until the goods and materials are delivered and the Buyer takes possession at the destination. c. If the Contract specifies FOB origin (place of shipment), then in addition to any other shipping instructions, Seller shall forward goods collect. For goods shipped within the United States, Seller shall make no declaration concerning the value of the goods shipped except on goods where the tariff rating is dependent upon released or declared value. In such event, Seller shall release or declare such value at the maximum value within the lowest rating. Seller will ship the goods in accordance with the provisions set forth in the Boeing Domestic Shipment Routing Guide to be accessed through Buyer’s supplier portal at xxxxx://xxxxxx.xxxxxxx.xxx/. Sellers need a One Time Password (OTP) token to log into the Boeing Supplier Portal. Upon Xxxxx’s request, Seller will identify packaging charges showing material and labor costs for container fabrication. d. Seller shall provide with each container shipped under this Contract an Advanced Shipping Notice (“ASN”). For each container shipped, Seller shall provide two (2) readable copies of the ASN barcode as follows: one (1) copy is to be securely affixed to the outside of each container and one (1) copy is to be loose inside each container. Non- conforming shipments are subject to rejection and repackaging at Seller’s expense. Instructions and guidelines related to the ASN process can be found on the Boeing Supplier Portal. Seller shall access by selecting the “Enterprise ASN Instructions” hyper-link under the header “Exostar Resources”. A copy of these instructions can also be found at xxx.xxxxxxx.xxx.

  • SHIPPING AND SHIPPING COSTS All delivered Equipment and Products must be properly packaged. Damaged Equipment and Products may be rejected. If the damage is not readily apparent at the time of delivery, Supplier must permit the Equipment and Products to be returned within a reasonable time at no cost to Sourcewell or its Participating Entities. Participating Entities reserve the right to inspect the Equipment and Products at a reasonable time after delivery where circumstances or conditions prevent effective inspection of the Equipment and Products at the time of delivery. In the event of the delivery of nonconforming Equipment and Products, the Participating Entity will notify the Supplier as soon as possible and the Supplier will replace nonconforming Equipment and Products with conforming Equipment and Products that are acceptable to the Participating Entity. Supplier must arrange for and pay for the return shipment on Equipment and Products that arrive in a defective or inoperable condition. Sourcewell may declare the Supplier in breach of this Contract if the Supplier intentionally delivers substandard or inferior Equipment or Products.

  • Packaging and Shipping All shipping containers shall be packed and packaged to: (i) ensure safe arrival to final destination; (ii) secure the lowest transportation costs;(iii) comply with requirements of common carriers; (iv) meet Buyer's written instructions; and (v) meet the requirements of all applicable laws, ordinances, rules and regulations.

  • PACKING AND SHIPMENT (a) Unless otherwise specified, all Work is to be packed in accordance with good commercial practice. (b) A complete packing list shall be enclosed with all shipments. SELLER shall mark containers or packages with necessary lifting, loading, and shipping information, including the LOCKHEED XXXXXX Contract number, item number, dates of shipment, and the names and addresses of consignor and consignee. Bills of lading shall include this Contract number. (c) Unless otherwise specified, delivery shall be FOB Place of Shipment.

  • Cloud storage DSHS Confidential Information requires protections equal to or greater than those specified elsewhere within this exhibit. Cloud storage of Data is problematic as neither DSHS nor the Contractor has control of the environment in which the Data is stored. For this reason: (1) DSHS Data will not be stored in any consumer grade Cloud solution, unless all of the following conditions are met: (a) Contractor has written procedures in place governing use of the Cloud storage and Contractor attests in writing that all such procedures will be uniformly followed. (b) The Data will be Encrypted while within the Contractor network. (c) The Data will remain Encrypted during transmission to the Cloud. (d) The Data will remain Encrypted at all times while residing within the Cloud storage solution. (e) The Contractor will possess a decryption key for the Data, and the decryption key will be possessed only by the Contractor and/or DSHS. (f) The Data will not be downloaded to non-authorized systems, meaning systems that are not on either the DSHS or Contractor networks. (g) The Data will not be decrypted until downloaded onto a computer within the control of an Authorized User and within either the DSHS or Contractor’s network. (2) Data will not be stored on an Enterprise Cloud storage solution unless either: (a) The Cloud storage provider is treated as any other Sub-Contractor, and agrees in writing to all of the requirements within this exhibit; or, (b) The Cloud storage solution used is FedRAMP certified. (3) If the Data includes protected health information covered by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), the Cloud provider must sign a Business Associate Agreement prior to Data being stored in their Cloud solution.

Insofar as ground conditions, tree lean, and shape of clearings per- mit, trees shall be felled so that their tops do not extend outside Clearcutting Units, construction clearings, and ar- eas of regeneration cutting. B6.000 Xxxxx Xxxxxxx. Stumps shall not exceed, on the side adjacent to the highest ground, the maximum heights set forth in A6, except that occasional stumps of greater heights are acceptable when Purchaser determines that they are necessary for safe and efficient conduct of logging. Unless otherwise agreed, Purchaser shall re-cut high stumps so they will not exceed heights specified in A6 and shall dispose of severed portions in the same manner as other logging debris. The xxxxx heights shown in A6 were selected with the objective of maximum reasonable utilization of the timber, unless Sale Area Map shows special areas where xxxxx heights are lower for aesthetic, land treatment, or silvicultural rea- sons.

  • DELIVERY, STORAGE, AND HANDLING The Contractor shall be responsible to inspect all components on delivery to ensure that no damage occurred during shipping or handling for furnish and installation projects. For equipment only purchases, the ordering entity shall be responsible to inspect all components on delivery. Materials must be stored in original undamaged packaging in such a manner to ensure proper ventilation and drainage, and to protect against damage, weather, vandalism, and theft until ready for installation.

  • Transportation Transportation expenses include, but are not limited to, airplane, train, bus, taxi fares, rental cars, parking, mileage reimbursement, and tolls that are reasonably and necessarily incurred as a result of conducting State business. Each State agency shall determine the necessity for travel, and the mode of travel to be reimbursed.
