Social Distancing Requirements. While the Covid-19 related State emergency is in effect, Permittee(s) shall adhere to the Covid-19 social distancing protocols, health and safety precautions and best practices established by the State of California, County of San Mateo Health Officer and Town of Portola Valley, as may be modified by time to time, relative to outdoor facilities use, day camps, shared equipment and all activities covered by this permit. Social Distancing Requirements. Both parties recognize that ongoing adherence to the guidelines of state and local public health officials will continue to be a requirement. In the interest of serving students on campus, any previous agreement on social distancing is amended to conform to current January 19, 2021 California Public Health Department guidelines. Maximize space between seating and desks. Distance teacher and other staff desks at least 6 feet away from student and other staff desks. Distance student chairs at least 6 feet away from one another, except where 6 feet of distance is not possible after a good-faith effort has been made. Social Distancing Requirements. Venues and event spaces must: • Limit the persons present, not including employees, in any venue or event space to 50% of the maximum permitted occupancy capacity of the venue or event space. All individuals in the venue or event space must be able to maintain six (6) feet of space from everyone who is not a member of their household. Ticketing, admission, and registration employees and/or volunteers should be shielded by glass or plexiglass and use appropriate personal protective equipment to the greatest extent practicable.
