Special Leave - Birth. Where a Nurse’s spouse gives birth to a child, the Nurse shall be granted special leave without loss of regular pay up to a maximum of sixteen (16) scheduled hours during the confinement of the mother. This leave may be divided into periods and granted on separate days.

  • Special Leave (a) Where leave from work is required, an employee shall be entitled to special leave at their regular rate of pay for the following:
