Special Time Off With Pay. 20.02 When an employee is absent under this Article and a designated holiday occurs, they shall be paid a normal scheduled day’s (8, 10 or 12 hours) pay at their regular straight-time rate and payment shall not result in a reduction of any of the days off as described in 20.01, provided the employee satisfies the eligibility requirements as outlined in Article 17.01.
