Staffing and Support. The Project will be undertaken and financed by the County. The County will supply labor, materials, and equipment through its Road Department to resurface the existing track at Xxxxxxx Middle School, for an amount not to exceed Forty-Five Thousand Dollars ($45,000.00.) The County will not be responsible for any additional financial support to accomplish the Project. School District will be responsible for maintaining the refurbished athletic track. There is no expectation by either party to this Agreement that the County will reimburse any expenses to School District in the Project to maintain the Project.
Staffing and Support. A. The administration and coordination of the needs of the GVRTC shall be provided by the RTPO staff.
Staffing and Support. The LCD will assign necessary and sufficient staff to perform the administrative, education, monitoring and enforcement activities within the scope of services of this MOU. This will include providing staff to provide evidence in any hearing and providing legal representation at any hearing before the Director of Industrial Relations (“Director”), or in any court proceeding challenging a decision by the Director.
Staffing and Support. 9.1 For a period of three (3) Years from the Effective Date ("Initial Support Services Period"), the Council shall provide the Support Services to the Board subject to payment by the Crossings Board of the Council Service Provision Fee.

County will supply labor and equipment through its Road Department to demolish the existing playground and will not be responsible for any additional financial support to accomplish the Project. Public School and School District will be responsible for financing, erecting, and maintaining the new playground. There is no expectation by either party to this Agreement that County will reimburse any expenses to Public School and School District in the Project to construct, erect, and maintain the Project. Inasmuch as the County will not be responsible for financing any aspect of the Project beyond demolishing the existing playground (playground equipment), and will do so through action of its Road Department, and inasmuch as School District has not as yet approximated or allocated the cost of constructing a new playground at Public School, the parties agree that there need not be any approximation of cost at the time this Agreement is executed.
