Staffing Qualifications. All required personnel documentation including certifications shall be maintained at the Facility. This documentation shall be made available to the On-Site Contract Monitor upon request.
Staffing Qualifications a. All staff shall possess adequate education and training to perform their duties for which they are assigned and meet all applicable licensing or certification requirements for their respective disciplines.
b. All North Carolina Outward Bound School (NCOBS) Families In Need of Services (FINS) program staff that have direct unsupervised contact with youth will hold current certificates in Non-Violent Crisis Intervention from the Crisis Prevention Institute.
c. Staff employed by the Provider and responsible for the provision of prevention and intervention services for youth shall meet the following minimum qualifications:
Staffing Qualifications. 35:01 Should job qualifications be changed by the Society, bargaining unit members will be deemed qualified for their current positions, and those qualifications for which an employee has been deemed qualified will be transferable to any other position within the bargaining unit which requires those qualifications.
(a) Should job qualifications be changed as a result of legislation or government directives, the Society shall work with MCYS and the union to develop a plan to mitigate any negative impact for staff.
Staffing Qualifications. Operator staff or subcontractors working with electrical components on Site shall meet at least one of the following requirements.
5.1. Bonded Journeyman or Master Electrician with current license where the System is located.
5.2. Apprentice Electrician with current apprenticeship where the System is located, with supervision.
5.3. Technician with maintenance training certification from component manufacture in need of repair.
5.4. Technician sent by component manufacturer expressly for the repair of a component.
Staffing Qualifications. CCS shall ensure that all CCS staff have and maintain all necessary qualifications and licenses required under state and federal law. CCS shall provide the name, contact information and copies of all credentials and licenses for any staff member who works at the Jail to the ACSO Contract Administrator. The Health Services Administrator (HSA) shall also maintain a copy of all CCS staff credentials and licenses on-site at the Jail. CCS employees shall be required to attend and/or participate in necessary training through ACSO’s document management system (PowerDMS) consistent with ACA/NCCHC. CCS shall also ensure that all healthcare professionals participate annually in continuing education required by state or federal law and/or appropriate for their positions and accreditation standards. CCS shall provide documentation of such continuing education to the ACSO Contract Administrator and the HSA shall maintain copies on-site.
Staffing Qualifications. Provider must ensure its Statewide Behavioral Health Director is a licensed psychologist in Delaware and its Statewide Director of Psychiatry is a licensed psychiatrist in Delaware. Other proposed licensed directors must have at least 5 years’ state or county based senior leadership experience overseeing such a program. The Behavioral Health Director for each facility shall hold a Master’s Degree and be licensed in Delaware. The Behavioral Health Director will be responsible for overseeing mental health Services and substance use programming, therefore it is required that the Director is cross-trained in mental health and substance use disorder treatment and is able to provide evidence of acquired skills (i.e. licensed/credentialed substance use professional overseeing substance use programming).
Staffing Qualifications. All employees of the Employer who, prior to May 1, 1989, held the positions referred to in Schedule "A" of the Collective Agreement shall, in the future, be deemed to carry the general and specific educational qualifications and experience which may, in the future, be required for those positions.

Staffing Qualifications. The Contractor shall employ only qualified staff who possess the following minimum qualifications as outlined below. The Department may grant an education/experience waiver if there are exceptional circumstances regarding a candidate being considered for employment.

It is understood and agreed that where a specific academic degree has been recognized as an adequate standard in relation to a specific position or position level, that such academic degree or will continue to maintain said qualifying status notwithstandingthe future introduction of higher qualification standards with respect to the (said) position or position levels. It is further and agreed that the said recognition of any specific academic degrees or qualifications shall be limited to those academic degrees or qualifications that have been recognized as of, but not beyond, the date on which qualifications have been established. It is further understood and agreed that the said recognition that is in effect as of this date, is limited to the academic degrees and and not to any individual who presently maintains such an academic degree or qualification.
