Supportability. Contractor may add support for new Products or discontinue support for existing Products from time-to-time. If Contractor discontinues support for a Product, Contractor will inform Authorized User six months in advance of the discontinuation by posting the information at xxxx://xxxxxxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx or any successor site. If Contractor sells a Product to another company, Contractor will give Authorized User notice of the sale and at the time of such notice will either (i) arrange for the other company to continue the support; or (ii) continue support itself for 90 days to give Authorized User time to make alternative arrangements. Contractor shall offer a minimum of 10 years of support for Contractor Products. Mainstream Support for Contractor Products shall be provided for 5 years or for 2 years after the successor product (N+1) is released, whichever is longer. Pursuant to the terms of the Centralized Contract, Contractor shall also provide Extended Support for the 5 years following Mainstream support or for 2 years after the second successor product (N+2) is released, whichever is longer. Finally, qualifying Contractor products will receive at least 10 years of online self-help support (see xxxxx://xxxxxxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx/en-us). 4.7 PROGRAM AGREEMENTS, ENROLLMENT FORMS AND AFFILIATE REGISTRATION FORMS. The following Program Agreements, Enrollment Forms and Affiliate Registration Forms are attached hereto as Appendix C and hereby made a part of this Contract. a. Enterprise Agreement State and Local (EA2016Agr(US)SLG(ENG)(Nov2016)). For informational purposes, this document allows Affiliates as described in Subsection A of Section 1.8 definition of "Affiliate” to submit Enterprise Enrollments, Enterprise Subscription Enrollments, and Server and Cloud Enrollments (subject to the rules therein) to purchase Products. b. Supportability. 7.8.1. Customer must conform to all mandatory firmware and EC levels as determined by Spectra. Spectra is only required to maintain up to two versions behind the latest firmware versions and software releases. Spectra will make these updates available for download. It is Customer’s responsibility to perform these updates, unless they have an uplifted support level which includes assistance with firmware upgrades. 7.8.2. Customer agrees to perform all system maintenance recommended by Spectra. This includes, but is not limited to, firmware and software updates, replacing air filters, drive cleaning and tracking of diagnostic logs. 7.8.3. Customer must ensure the appropriate installation of all Customer Replaceable Units (“CRUs”) or additional Service parts, as well as firmware and software releases, are followed in accordance with instructions from Spectra. 7.8.4. If Spectra determines a technical issue may be associated with a product from a third party vendor that Xxxxxxx has a mutual support relationship with, then Spectra will work with that vendor to address the technical issue. If Spectra does not have a mutual support relationship with the third party vendor, Xxxxxxx will request that Customer engage that vendor to work with us to address the technical issue. If the technical issue is associated with the third party product then the third party vendor (and not Spectra) will determine the corrective actions on that issue. Services do not include installing, troubleshooting, fixing, providing product updates or otherwise supporting third party products.
Supportability. We can add support for new software or discontinue support for existing software. A list of our currently supported software can be found at xxx.xxxxxxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx. There may be cases where your implementation of our software cannot be effectively supported. As part of our support services, we will notify you if we reach that conclusion. If you do not modify the implementation of the software to make it effectively supportable within 30 days after the notice, we will not be obligated to provide additional support services for that implementation.
Supportability. The contractor shall provide MIDS support capability. The contractor shall designate a supportability manager to manage the contractor’s supportability program. The supportability manager shall be the single point of contact for all MIDS supportability issues and requirements. The contractor shall ensure that supportability considerations and supportability planning are integrated in the system/equipment engineering and design process to obtain optimum cost effectiveness, and maximum support readiness. The contractor shall establish and maintain the following: a) Commercial Asset Visibility (CAV) b) Wholesale asset inventory facilities c) Contractor Database
Supportability. With respect to supportability, the software publisher shall warrant that the product or service and any deliverables do not have dependencies on operating systems or software that are no longer supported by it, or its subcontractors, partners or third-party providers.

For statements of services for support, we will use commercially reasonable efforts to provide the support services for those products covered in the statement of services, provided they are validly licensed by you.
Supportability. The Contractor confirms that technical support of the installed system is available for the remaining life of the plant from the Completion of the works.
