Syllabi. Adjunct professors shall submit to the xxxx no later than one week prior to the first scheduled day of classes, two (2) copies of written course syllabi for each course taught and two (2) copies of the written final exam for each course taught. A summary of the course content and the basis for grading must be included in the course syllabus. The xxxx may xxxxx exceptions to the above requirements.

Syllabi. It is the responsibility of the instructor to prepare and distribute to students a syllabus for each course. In addition to distributing a copy of the syllabus to each student enrolled in the course on or around the first day of class, each faculty member shall provide his/her xxxx a copy of each syllabus. The instructor may make revisions in his/her course syllabi for legitimate pedagogical reasons; however, revisions shall not be so extensive that the course fails to meet the requirements of the course description listed in the catalog, revisions shall be clearly communicated to students in writing and every effort shall be made to assure that each student receives a copy, and revisions relative to course requirements shall not work a hardship on students.

Syllabi. The new EP academic curriculum comprises five separate syllabi. It includes detailed user material, mandatory lectures and workshops on innovation (including responsible innovation) for all PhD candidates participating in HBP-related research, as well as similar training for more senior researchers. Formal examinations and a multi-university certification process are planned. Enrolment of new HBP Students will be based on online testing of performance on the HBP ICT Platforms. Teaching will be based on innovative forms of online education, in which webinars are complemented by face-to-face workshops. The syllabi are being developed and taught by senior scientists leading or working in HBP Subprojects. The commitment of the Syllabus leaders and associated teachers will be supported by a limited financial contribution from the EP budget. The syllabi will introduce young scientists to disciplines outside the speciality in which they have been trained, prepare them to use the HBP ICT platforms and stimulate their entrepreneurial skills. By helping them acquire new competencies and skills, they will be better placed to turn Flagship results into useful innovations. Syllabus teaching materials will be made available via an EP website, accessible through the Collaboratory, that will direct students towards further reading material.

  • Technical Training The CAISO and the Participating TOs shall respond to reasonable requests for support and provide relevant technical training to each other’s employees to support the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of the CAISO Controlled Grid and to comply with any NERC or WECC operator certification or training requirements. Examples of such technical training include, but are not limited to: (1) the theory or operation of new or modified equipment (e.g., control systems, Remedial Action Schemes, protective relays); (2) computer and applicator programs; and (3) CAISO (or Participating TO) requirements.   • TECHNICAL EVALUATION (a) Detailed technical evaluation shall be carried out by Purchase Committee pursuant to conditions in the tender document to determine the substantial responsiveness of each tender.
