Technical Progress Reports. ASC shall submit technical progress reports to the ABB Project Manager at such regular intervals as are set forth in the Schedule. Such reports shall be in sufficient detail to disclose Work accomplished and results achieved during the reporting period. In addition, such reports shall include a summary in non-technical language which briefly describes the Work and sets forth the important results and contents of the report. Insofar as it has a right to do so, and disclosing information deemed to be confidential information, in accordance with Article 9.2, ASC shall endeavor to keep ABB generally informed in such reports as to the development of work performed by ASC for its own account or in connection with research contracts in effect with others, when such work is pertinent to the Work hereunder.

Technical Progress Reports. On the fifteenth of each month for the previous calendar month or within fifteen days past the achievement of prescribed project milestones, the Contractor shall submit to the Project Officer and the Contracting Officer. The frequency of Technical Progress Reporting will be determined by the Contracting Officer and Project Officer after contract award. The format and type of Technical Progress Report and Executive Summary will be provided by the Project Officer. Technical Progress Reports will include project timelines and milestones and summaries of product manufacturing, testing, and clinical evaluation. Title page containing Technical Progress Report, the contract number and title, the period of performance or milestone being reported, the contractor’s name, address, and other contact information, the author(s), and the date of submission;

Technical Progress Reports. ASC shall submit quarterly technical progress reports to EDF, for the attention of EDF representative in the technical Committee. Such reports shall be in sufficient detail to disclose Work accomplished and results achieved during the reporting period. The content of the reports is detailed in Attachment A. In addition, such reports shall include a summary in non-technical language which briefly describes the Work and sets forth the important results and contents of the report. ASC informs EDF in such reports about the Work performed for the development of AC and HRS HTS conductors.

  • Monthly Progress Reports During the Construction Period, the Concessionaire shall, no later than 7 (seven) days after the close of each month, furnish to the Authority and the Independent Engineer a monthly report on progress of the Construction Works and shall promptly give such other relevant information as may be required by the Independent Engineer.

  • Development Reports Beginning six months after Effective Date and ending on the date of first commercial sale of a Licensed Product in the United States, LICENSEE shall report to Cornell progress covering LICENSEE's (and Affiliate's and Sublicensee's) activities and efforts in the development of rights granted to LICENSEE under this Agreement for the preceding six months. The report shall include, but not be limited to, activities and efforts to develop and test all Licensed Products and obtain governmental approvals necessary for marketing the same. Such semi-annual reports shall be due within sixty days (60) of the reporting period and shall use the form as provided herein as Appendix C.

  • Progress Reporting 5. The IP will submit to UNICEF narrative progress reports against the planned activities contained in the Programme Document, using the PDPR. Unless otherwise agreed between the Parties in writing, these reports will be submitted at the end of every Quarter.   • Commercialization Reports Throughout the term of this Agreement and during the Sell-Off Period, and within thirty (30) days of December 31st of each year, Company will deliver to University written reports of Company’s and Sublicensees’ efforts and plans to develop and commercialize the innovations covered by the Licensed Rights and to make and sell Licensed Products. Company will have no obligation to prepare commercialization reports in years where (a) Company delivers to University a written Sales Report with active sales, and (b) Company has fulfilled all Performance Milestones. In relation to each of the Performance Milestones each commercialization report will include sufficient information to demonstrate achievement of those Performance Milestones and will set out timeframes and plans for achieving those Performance Milestones which have not yet been met.

  • Project Reports The Recipient shall monitor and evaluate the progress of the Project and prepare Project Reports in accordance with the provisions of Section 4.08 of the General Conditions and on the basis of the indicators agreed with the Association. Each Project Report shall cover the period of one calendar semester, and shall be furnished to the Association not later than one month after the end of the period covered by such report.

  • Research Reports Distributor acknowledges that Dealer may prepare research reports relating to the Fund that are not to be used for marketing purposes (“Research Reports”). Distributor hereby authorizes Dealer to use the name of the Fund, Distributor and BREDS in Research Reports.
