Technical Support and Maintenance Services. In addition to Enfocus Software, Enfocus will, from time to time, make certain Third-Party Apps available via its Site. Technical Support and Maintenance Services. Pursuant to an Order Form and the terms set forth in Exhibit A to this Agreement, Licensee may enroll in Logi Analytics’ Technical Support and Maintenance Services by paying Logi Analytics the then-applicable annual Technical Support and Maintenance Services fees (the “Support and Maintenance Fees”). Upon payment of the Support and Maintenance Fees, Logi Analytics shall provide Licensee with the level of Technical Support and Maintenance Services set forth in the Order Form. Any Logi Analytics Software updates and upgrades provided to Licensee pursuant to the Maintenance Services set forth in Exhibit A shall be deemed part of the Logi Analytics Software and shall be licensed under the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Depending on the issue, Illumina may need to access genomic data and/or pseudonymized information contained in BAM files, FastQ files and VCF files including run sequencing data (such as WGS or WXS data) in order to properly troubleshoot and suitably investigate an issue which may arise with respect to Customer’s purchased products/services. Illumina also Processes data localization requirements, i.e., whether data is determined to be sensitive within a region and required to remain within that region or be scrubbed of the sensitive information before transiting outside the region.
