Temporary Out of Class Assignment. A member of the Bargaining Unit that is placed in the rank of a higher salary position for one (1) hour or more in a 24 hour period, exclusive of company level appointment, for training purposes or as a result of any exchange of time, shall receive compensation at the higher salary schedule, at the member’s same salary step, for all hours worked in that position.

Temporary Out of Class Assignment. An employee required by the Supervisor of Maintenance and Operations or designee to work temporarily in a higher classification as a substitute for another employee due to absence, or designated for special assignment by the District, shall be paid an hourly differential of two dollars and fifteen cents ($2.15), starting with the first (1st) full working day of the assignment.
Temporary Out of Class Assignment. A. When an employee is assigned by his/her supervisor or manager on a temporary basis to the duties of an unfilled higher level position, and such employee assumes the full duties and responsibilities of that position for a minimum of one (1) full day, such employee shall be compensated from the first day of the temporary appointment with five and one half percent (5.5%) acting pay.

  • OUT-OF-CLASS ASSIGNMENT 1701 When, in the determination of the Department Head and with the approval by the Human Resources Director or designee, it is necessary to specifically assign in writing an employee all of the significant duties of a higher classification for eighty- one consecutive working hours, the employee so assigned shall be compensated at the minimum rate established for the higher call or five percent (5%) above the employee’s regular base rate of pay, whichever is greater, with pay effective upon the date of the change of assignment. Under no circumstances shall the employee receive an amount greater than the maximum step of the higher class.   • ASSIGNMENT OF CLAIM Contractor hereby assigns to the State any and all claims for overcharges associated with this Contract that may arise under the antitrust laws of the United States, 15 USC Section 1, et. seq. and the antitrust laws of the State of New York, General Business Law Section 340, et. seq.

  • A ssignment Contractor shall not assign any interest in this Agreement and shall not transfer any interest in the same without the prior written consent of County except that claims for money due or to become due Contractor from County under this Agreement may be assigned by Contractor to a bank, trust company, or other financial institution without such approval.   • Temporary Reassignment Notwithstanding the above, the Appointing Authority may temporarily reassign any employee to another work area and/or shift for five (5) consecutive months or less. With mutual agreement between the Local and the Appointing Authority, such reassignment may extend up to twelve (12) months. At the end of the reassignment, the reassigned employee shall return to his/her former position, unless the position has been abolished, in which case the employee shall return to his/her former work area and shift.

  • Temporary Upgrade An employee in a temporary upgrade status shall have no right to grieve or arbitrate release from such temporary upgrade status.
