The Student’s Obligations. During the internship, the Student must adhere to the Host Company’s internal rules and regulations and to the instructions given by those in charge of organising the internship. Any sick leave must be backed up by a doctor’s certificate. The Student undertakes not to keep in his/her possession, take away or copy any document of any kind belonging to the Host Company without the prior agreement of the Host Company’s representative. The University itself undertakes that its staff shall respect the confidentiality of all information it may become aware of through the Student’s internship.
The Student’s Obligations. The Student undertakes to comply with the following: fulfils the study and research requirements prior to the complex exam during the study and research period,, fulfills the conditions necessary for obtaining a PhD degree in the research and dissertation period, does not exhibit behaviour that would violate or mar the rights or legitimate interests of the other participants involved in the PhD training program, such as, instructors, or the University (the Student is responsible for the damage caused based on the rules of the Hungarian Civil Code), complies with the University's rules of cohabitation reserved for its citizens, i.e. the fire, work, accident and environmental regulations; Sanctions related to the breach of Student’s obligations: By signing this contract, the Student acknowledges and accepts that if he/she does not fulfil the study and research requirements compulsory for the complex exam during the study and research period, this will be considered a breach of contract manifested in default, which without salvage will result in the termination of the student contract - on the last calendar day of the default. The Student’s Obligations. Your Responsibilities The absence of a signed contract does not materially affect the relationship between the Student and the BISC. As all students who are accepted to the BISC are guaranteed a place in residence, a contract is formed by the making of an offer of admission and the student accepting the offer. The act of accepting and signing for the keys to their Accommodation and moving in proves the existence of a contractual relationship and does not have to be evidenced by a signed contract. You will still be bound by the provisions of this contract without signing it should you sign for keys and move in. The Xxxxx International Study Centre reserves the right to amend this agreement and may, from time to time, issue regulations concerning Xxxxx Xxxx, the Castle, and/or the campus at large. Please note that specific vendors, sites, menus, policies, hours of operation, etc. (as listed in various residence publications), may be subject to change.

The Student’s Obligations. 2.1. The student whose place is budgeted by the state in under the obligation to submit his/her high school diploma in the original no later than October 13th, 2023. The student’s failure to submit his/her high school diploma in the original within the allotted timeframes and based on the student’s exclusive fault will result in the loss of his/her budgeted place at the university.
