Trail Development. All trails shall be managed by the COUNTY and the COUNTY shall have the right to develop a strategic trail plan based on the natural terrain of the PROPERTY. All trails will be managed in a sustainable manner as to not be intrusive nor destructive to native vegetation or the Pike River corridor and shall be developed pursuant to Wis. Admin. Code chs. 18 and 21. The trails will be designed as to meet the mission of the UNIVERSITY and promote scientific research and observation objectives, while at the same time promoting public use and enjoyment of the trails. The UNIVERSITY must approve trail plans prior to construction which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld. It is understood that the PROPERTY has environmentally sensitive areas. The UNIVERSITY shall identify these environmentally sensitive areas for COUNTY by June 1, 2019. If the COUNTY has any concerns with the areas identified as environmentally sensitive, it shall ask for additional information from the UNIVERSITY within thirty (30) days of receipt. Once the environmentally sensitive areas are mutually agreed upon by the parties, the COUNTY and University agree to limit the impact of these areas in the design and restoration of the trails. If unauthorized trails or trail features or structures are constructed on the PROPERTY, the UNIVERSITY and/or the COUNTY shall have the right to remove these structures as they see fit. Use of the trails shall be in compliance with Wis. Admin. Code chs. 18 and 21 and shall be in alignment with the natural and scientific objectives of the UNIVERSITY. All trails shall remain open to the public at all times during normal Kenosha County Park hours per County Ordinance § 10.04 (6), except in times of inclement weather when trail conditions could be hazardous to the public use, or to preserve and minimize damage to the trails. The UNIVERSITY shall not interfere with the public use and enjoyment of the trails other than as allowed by this Agreement and it is the intent of the parties that these trials continue as a viable resource to the public even after this Agreement may cease.

Trail Development. The City commits and agrees to pursue development of a public access trail adjacent to the Pilarcitos Creek located in the area between the existing southern road through within the property and the southern boundary of the Property (the “Trail Development Area” as shown in EXHIBIT B). In particular, upon either (1) initiation of construction for a public access trail extending easterly from Xxxxxx Park to the Property, or (2) initiation of construction of a public access trail extending westerly from unincorporated San Mateo County to the Property, the City agrees to commence to seek grant opportunities and partnerships with governmental agencies and non-profits to complete planning, engineering/design, and construction of a connecting public access trail on the Property. Upon receipt of grant funds and/or commitment of local funds and completion of all applicable requirements, including the California Environmental Quality Act, the City will diligently pursue completion of such trail and maintenance thereof. The City commits to make all efforts to open for public access a connecting trail no more than five (5) years from initiation of construction of an adjacent public access trail as described above. Further, the City will not undertake any development or other action within the Trail Development Area that would prevent future development of a connecting trail. Within thirty-six (36) months after recordation of this Memorandum of Agreements, or earlier sale of the Property, the City shall convey to POST or its designee a public access trail easement, benefitting the Property and adjacent properties on which connecting trails are expected to be constructed and which is intended to afford the public access rights to the trail for recreational purposes, subject to such restrictions and conditions as the City and POST may mutually agree. Such easement shall be located within one hundred (100) feet of existing riparian vegetation along Pilarcitos Creek.

  • Curriculum Development This includes the analysis and coordination of textual materials; constant review of current literature in the field, some of which are selected for the college library collection, the preparation of selective, descriptive materials such as outlines and syllabi; conferring with other faculty and administration on curricular problems; and, the attendance and participation in inter and intra-college conferences and advisory committees.

  • Job Development Job development/placement is individualized and shall include weekly person-to-person job search assistance, assistance with identifying job leads, interview coaching and support, and maintaining a log of job search activities for the purposes of obtaining competitive integrated employment. By mutual consent of the consumer and the KARINA ASSOCIATION, INC. , these services may be provided in-person or by Skype, FaceTime, or other online communication tools. Job development/placement may also include arranging job trials/job shadowing for individuals with a DORS Trial Work Experience Plan, assistance with completing applications, assistance with employer follow-up after interviews, use of personal employment networks in job search, and resume update. It would include time spent calling employers, visiting and educating employers and similar activities. Job development/placement shall not be paid for using supported employment funding and shall not include the Discovery process, which is pre-vocational in nature and may be completed prior to job development. Up to 60 hours for job search assistance, authorized in 20-hour increments, may be used for job development. Additional hours of job development may be requested and require written justification by KARINA ASSOCIATION, INC. and approval of the DORS regional/program director. Authorizations for Job Development. DORS only pays for job development services which have been previously authorized by a DORS official. Job Development Reporting. The Employment Service Progress Form is expected to be submitted to DORS on a monthly basis per consumer. This form is available on the DORS website (xxx.xxxx.xxxxxxxx.xxx).

  • Project Development a. Collaborate with COUNTY and project clients to identify requirements and develop a project Scope Statement.

  • PHASED DEVELOPMENT 15.1 The Seller reserves to itself, and to its successors in title as Developer, all such rights as are provided for in section 25 of the STA, to erect and complete a phased development on the Land from time to time, but no later than 15 (fifteen) years from the date of opening of the Sectional Title Register, for its personal account.

  • Faculty Development Faculty who develop and/or teach Distance Education courses shall be provided with reasonable technical support and opportunities for Faculty development, consistent with the needs of the Faculty and availability of Board resources and services for that purpose. In the event that a Faculty member develops and/or teaches a Distance Education course for the first time, the Faculty member shall receive reasonable and appropriate professional development and technical support assistance, consistent with the needs of the Faculty and availability of Board resources and services for that purpose. In instances of succeeding assignments to teach Distance Education courses, the Faculty member is expected to demonstrate a level of technical competence sufficient to teach the course. Ongoing technical support assistance may be available to Faculty who teach succeeding offerings of the same course.
