Scheduling Training. Training will be scheduled during normal working hours when, in management’s judgment, it is practical to do so. Training required by the State in addition to regular duty time shall be considered time worked for overtime purposes, except as provided otherwise under Section 3 of this article.
Scheduling Training a. Management directed training will be conducted during official duty hours. When required training occurs outside the employee's regular duty hours appropriate compensation will be awarded.
b. Training taken by an employee on personal initiative for personal advancement must either be taken outside of scheduled duty hours, as credit hours, or during period of approved leave or leave without pay. (See AFI 36-807, Weekly and Daily Scheduling of Work and Holiday Observances for variations of work schedules for educational purposes.)
Scheduling Training. When training requests are approved by management, employees normally will be granted absences from work or schedule adjustments made to accommodate an employee’s training or educational program.
Scheduling Training. Operator shall be responsible for scheduling training. When an Eligible Agency places an order, they shall designate their training contact. No other person shall be contacted to schedule training.
Scheduling Training. The Employer agrees to schedule CCC training so as to cause least possible inconvenience to employees. Employees required to report for training on a day off, will receive a minimum of two hours pay. Failure to report for a mandatory training without prior notification to the employee’s supervisor may result in disciplinary action.
A. A current schedule of CCC training is available on the Intranet. Employees with computer access may sign up for trainings on the Intranet, provided they notify their supervisor of all trainings they are scheduled to attend. Notification must be done in writing if coverage is to be arranged for employees who attend trainings during scheduled work time.
B. Employees without intranet access will be signed up for trainings by a supervisor, and notified of the upcoming training.
C. All notification related to scheduling of training must be done at least 24 hours prior to training.
Scheduling Training. User Training must be scheduled at least fifteen (15) business days in advance. Any training scheduled with fewer than fifteen (15) business days notice shall incur a surcharge of $500.
Scheduling Training. When training required by USMEPCOM is conducted during an employee’s regularly scheduled work hours, he/she will attend on duty time.

b. When training is approved under Section 4 b. of this Article, the Employer will make a good faith effort, when appropriate and reasonable, to grant authorized absences from work or make schedule adjustments to accommodate an employees training or educational program.
Scheduling Training. Transition Projects agrees to schedule training so as to cause the least possible inconvenience to bargaining unit members. Training shall generally be held during bargaining unit members’ regularly scheduled shifts, and bargaining unit members shall have scheduled times away from regular duties during their regular shifts to complete virtual required training. Bargaining unit members required to report for training on a day off will receive a minimum of four (4) hours of pay.
