Transfers General. 11.21 a) An employee who has at least three (3) years of continuous service may, if wishing to transfer from one Department to another, file a written application for such transfer with the Company. A duplicate of the application will be given to the employee. When filling vacancies in the Department (other than a student hired for a fixed term), preference will be given to an employee’s application subject to Section 11.22 and the employee’s application will be dealt as set out in subsection 11.21 (b).
Transfers General. 6.1 An obligation to Transfer an Common Stock pursuant to these provisions shall be deemed to be an obligation to Transfer the entire legal and beneficial interest in the Common Stock free from all liens, mortgages, charges, encumbrances and other third party rights of whatever nature.
Transfers General. Any employee may be temporarily transferred to any job for a maximum period of five (5) days. When such a transfer is made shall be paid the rate for the classification or own day rate, whichever is the higher. Any employee may be temporarily transferred for a maximum period of thirty (30) days if within the same classification. Temporary transfers shall be made at the discretion of the Company. A temporary transfer shall in no case be considered to be a permanent transfer. (See letter 16) When it is necessary, in an emergency, for the Company to transfer an employee to protect production schedules or quality, the Company shall make such a transfer subject to the Grievance Procedure. When the employee so transferred can be released from the job, shall return to former job. (See letter 16)
Transfers General. (a) Leases may be transferred by as- signment or sublease as to all or part of the acreage in the lease or as to ei- ther a divided or undivided interest therein. An assignment of a separate zone or deposit, or of part of a legal subdivision, shall be disapproved.

(a) An assignee, legatee, distributee or transferee (by conveyance, operation of law or otherwise) of the whole or any portion of a Limited Partner's interest in the Partnership shall have the right to be admitted as a Limited Partner in the Partnership if the transferor of the interest grants such right and the General Partner consents to such admission. The grant or denial of a request for such consent shall be within the absolute discretion of the General Partner and the General Partner may consent to a transfer under section 9.1 without consenting to the admission of the transferee as a limited partner under this section. An assignee of a Limited Partner who is not admitted as a Limited Partner shall be entitled only to the distributions to which such assignee's assignor would otherwise be entitled.

Any openings created by the transfer of an employee may also be filled by the Company with a newly hired employee. In each phase of request transfers, the process of filling vacancies in a Department set out above will continue. An employee who is transferred out of a Department due to a general lay-off for lack of work or a reduction of force within the Department or for other Company requirements may, within ninety (90) days of his transfer out, make written application to retransfer to the Department. When a vacancy occurs in the Department and after making any transfers pursuant to Section other than in the circumstances described in sub- section of this Section, but before making any transfers pursuant to Section preference will be given to the employee’s application for fer considering his length of continuous service and his ability, knowledge, training and skill to fill the normal requirements of the vacancy. Before making any transfers pursuant to Section O, preference in filling the initial vacancies which the Company has declared for the purpose of effecting Section transfers will be given to employees who have made application to fer to the where such vacancies exist and who are senior to the employees being transferred under Section Any subsequent vacancies created by these retransfers will be filled under Section O without regard to any fer applications. Transfers General. If an employee is transferred to a different classification on a temporary basis, the employee will be considered in the new temporary classification for the duration of the time they are in that classification for the purpose of overtime. If an employee is transferred, Overtime shall be recorded weekly showing the number of overtime hours worked or refused in the employees own classification, and any hours actually worked outside his classification. Hours refused outside his classification will not be charged. Bereavement Leave Employees on bereavement leave shall not be offered or charged overtime.
