Use of Mail Boxes. The Faculty Association and its representatives shall have the right to free use of the District inter- office and inter-campus mail distribution service for faculty association communications and shall be provided access to all faculty mailboxes for such use.
Use of Mail Boxes. The AFT 6157 and its representatives shall have the right to free use of the District inter-office and inter-campus mail distribution service for AFT 6157 communications and shall be provided access to all faculty mailboxes for such use.
Use of Mail Boxes. The Association may use employee mailboxes for Association correspondence after providing the administrative unit principal with a copy of such correspondence. Correspondence distributed in employee mail boxes shall be clearly identified as being distributed by the Association.

An authorized representative of the Xxxxxxxxxx Education Association shall have the right to place materials pertaining to the organizations in employee mailboxes after first notifying the building administrator. A copy of the materials being distributed to the entire staff will be provided to the Principal. Association materials for members only would not apply. C Use of Bulletin Boards. If requested, Xxxxxxxxxx Education Association shall be given equal bulletin board space in the employee lounge with location and size to be established by the building administrator. Such bulletin board space shall be identified with the name of the Xxxxxxxxxx Education Association. Only authorized representatives of the organization shall post materials on the bulletin board.
Use of Mail Boxes. The Association may use teacher mail boxes and email located within school buildings within the District, provided that such use does not interrupt or interfere with the utilization of those mail boxes by the District for official District business. The Association shall not use the mail system for any political purposes. Should any misuse of the system occur, either intentional or unintentional, the Association agrees to hold the District harmless as a result of such error.
Use of Mail Boxes. The Association shall have the right to use the inter-school mail facilities and the school mail boxes to communicate with its members.
Use of Mail Boxes. The Union shall have access to and the right to use bargaining unit members' mailboxes and interschool mail. All material placed in the mailboxes by the Union shall be identified, dated, and copied to the building principal if for general distribution.
