Use of Recreational Facilities. The Recreational Facilities shall only be used and enjoyed for recreational purposes by the Owners and occupiers of the Residential Units and their bona fide visitors and subject to the provisions of this Deed, the House Rules and such rules as may from time to time be laid down by the Manager. The Recreational Facilities shall not be used for any commercial purposes whatsoever except in the course of bona fide coaching of residents and occupiers of the Residential Units only by such persons or companies nominated or approved by the Manager.
Use of Recreational Facilities. Recreational facilities of the College shall be open and available to employees in the bargaining unit and their dependents on the same terms and conditions such facilities are open and available to other staff members and their dependents.
Use of Recreational Facilities. Western shall provide the bargaining unit with scheduled access to and use of recreational facilities such as Xxxxxx Ice Arena and Xxxxx Natatorium, Kanley Park and Track, and the outdoor tennis courts. Western shall make available to bargaining unit members a “limited membership” to West Hills Athletic Club. If a bargaining unit member chooses, he/she may instead receive credit toward a “full membership.” This credit is determined upon the fair value of the “limited membership” and is currently valued at $270 (this amount is evaluated annually and may change). As an alternative, Western will make available to any interested bargaining unit member an annual membership to the Student Recreation Center (“SRC”). At West Hills and SRC bargaining unit members will have access to services and facilities normally provided to members. Accepting either the West Hills or SRC membership will result in tax consequences of reported income on a bargaining unit member’s W-2, and will cause tax withholding to occur in the pay period in which an option is elected (at present, approximately $270 reported income for the West Hills “limited membership” or credit, or the SRC membership).

If employees so choose, they may instead receive credit toward a full membership. TENANT agrees only TENANT, their occupants, and guests may use the Recreational Facilities located in the community, including without limitation swimming pools, tennis courts, and fitness centers, clubhouses (collectively referred to as “Recreational Facilities”). TENANT agrees to abide and cause each occupant and guest to abide by all the rules and regulations posted or otherwise communicated to TENANT. TENANT agrees to avoid and to cause each occupant and guest to avoid conduct which LANDLORD, in its reasonable judgement deems inappropriate and disruptive. TENANT agrees that in the event of a default under this paragraph by TENANT, their occupant or guests, LANDLORD may suspend or revoke TENANT’S use of any or all of the Recreational Facilities and such a default shall constitute a default under this lease. TENANT, on his/her own behalf and to the extent permitted by law and in equity, on behalf of each occupant and guest, hereby assumes all health risks and risks of personal injury, death, property loss or other damages (and releases LANDLORD from liability therefore) which may result from or arise from attendance at or use of facilities by TENANT, their occupant or guests.
Use of Recreational Facilities. Members of the bargaining unit shall be entitled to the use of Town of Brookline recreational facilities on a free or reduced fee basis to promote health and fitness, subject to approval by any Town administrative agencies involved. The usual rules and regulations pertaining to the use of such facilities shall be observed. It is the further intent of the parties to make the ice rink and an indoor basketball court available at times that will maximize use by bargaining unit members, without conflicting with public use of the facilities and other commitments by the Town, and without additional cost to the Town. The Union and the Town shall work out the details of this program as soon as possible.
Use of Recreational Facilities. In consideration for this Lease, students attending the school located at MPSA shall have exclusive use of the gymnasium within the Recreation Center [“Gymnasium”] during the traditional or single-track school year beginning thirty (30) minutes before and ending thirty (30) minutes after normal school hours at no cost to District, MPSA, or MPSA students. MPSA students’ use the Outdoor Basketball Court may be reasonably scheduled with City from time to time, with priority given to MPSA students during normal school hours during the traditional or single-track school year, and at no cost to District, MPSA, or MPSA students. District’s and MPSA Students’ use of the Memorial Pool shall continue under the same terms and conditions set forth in the Park & Rec Agreement, which is incorporated by reference herein; notwithstanding the expiration or earlier termination of the Park & Rec Agreement. This Lease shall not affect the use of the Memorial Pool by other schools within the District pursuant to the Park & Rec Agreement. This Lease shall not affect any other use of the Recreational Facilities pursuant to applicable City permits.

If employees so choose, they may instead receive a two hundred dollar ($200) credit toward a full membership. The University will also allow employees to utilize twenty-five (25) hours of their sick and/or annual leave banks for the purchase of an annual membership to the Student Recreation Center (membership must commence at the start of Fall or Winter semester; no partial years are allowed.) At West Hills and the Student Recreation Center, employees will have access to services and facilities normally provided to members. Accepting either or both of these memberships will result in tax consequences of reported income on an employee’s W-2 and will cause tax withholding to occur in the pay period in which this option is elected (approximately $200 reported income for either of the West Hills options and the value of the membership fee for the Student Recreation Center.)
