Utilities Coordination. 1. If field investigation requires any subsurface exploration (digging, boring, and/or drilling), A-E shall provide utility notice coordination with the utility companies through Underground Service Alert (USA) prior to A-E beginning any field works. A- E shall make every effort to aid County and provide all necessary documentation in accordance with Government Code Sections 4216 et seq. Surveying by A-E shall conform to the quality and practice required by the County.

Utilities Coordination. (Activity 7)
Utilities Coordination the Consultant shall provide the following services: • Utility shall mean any water, irrigation, sanitary, storm, gas, electric, fibre optic, cables, pipelines or any other utility associated with the Project comprising the Programme. • The Consultant shall administer, negotiate, and perform all tasks necessary to obtain any and all utility permits. • The Consultant shall attend any required meetings with the utility agencies personnel to review schedule, scope, and cost adjustment, or relocations of any kind. Furthermore, the Consultant shall confer and coordinate with utilities; produce minutes and reports. • Consultant will review, monitor and report on the progress of all Permit and Public Utility Applications, and, the status and Schedules of all such Application Approvals, planned interconnections, and Issuance of all Permits and Approvals.
Utilities Coordination. The original contract provided scope and budget for 20 hours of project engineer coordination effort in the form of conference calls, emails, and trans mittal of design drawings (60% and 90%) with the following utilities. To date, the Consultant has utilized approximately seven (7) hours to initiate contact with Puget Sound Energy (PSE), Comcas t, and Lumen to distribute the 60% plans and begin coordination, as well as consider design options to address water and sewer utilities, which are operated by the City of Tumwater • The project engineer will provide up to three (3) hours of comment resolution effort to the utility’s 60% comments. • Concurrent with the CRM meeting described in Task 800 to address general 60% design deliverable comments, an additional half-hour will be provided for the project engineer to review water and sewer utility comment responses with the utility owners. The project engineer will provide up to one (1) hour of agenda preparation and meeting follow-up documentation. The City will provide any appropriate staff. • The project engineer will attend one (1) meeting with the natural gas and underground/ overhead electrical and telecommunication utility providers, one (1) hour duration, to discuss comments regarding the proposed 60% plans, as well as and coordinate utility protection, adjustment, and/ or disconnection during construction. The project engineer will provide up to one (1) hour of agenda preparation and meeting follow- up documentation. The City will provide appropriate staff. • The remaining project engineer effort will be utilized for utility coordination effort as described by the original contract scope of work. • The City will provide water and sanitary sewer utility adjustment and/ or temporary relocation design. • PSE (power and natural gas), and all telecommunication utility purveyors will provide utility adjustment and/ or temporary relocation design. • The City and other utility purveyors will provide one (1) round of comments on the 60% design. • Meeting Agendas for both meetings in electronic PDF format. • Meeting follow up documentation for both meetings in electronic PDF format The original contract scoped 90% design efforts based on an unders tanding of a narrower street cross- section, shorter walls, no stormwater conveyance or management facilities, or significant utility coordination.   • Utility Coordination Identify all potential utility conflicts and provide preliminary office check plans showing the problem locations, posted to the City’s FTP site. Plans will clearly identify specific utility company facilities by color and by name (i.e. not just “gas” or “fiber optic”). ENGINEER shall include a conflict list for each utility, also posted to the FTP site. ENGINEER shall meet with utility company representatives to review plans and utility verification forms (Attachment No. 3 to Exhibit “A”) at each milestone date and as directed by the CITY and as determined necessary by the ENGINEER. This in- formation will be compiled into a summary report (Attachment No. 4 to Exhibit “A” also available on the City’s FTP site) maintained and updated by ENGINEER as necessary to present a cohesive and reflective status of utilities, and provided to the City as necessary. ENGINEER shall maintain involvement with utility companies until all conflicts have been resolved (not just identified). When appropriate, the City Engineer will approve the identification on plans of conflicts to be resolved during construction. ENGINEER shall meet with involved utility company/ies and project contractor to resolve any conflicts with utilities that occur during construction.

Price Associates provides all accounting, administrative, tax and oversight services to the Funds listed on Exhibit A2, including the below. Accounting Services provided by Price Associates shall include, among other things: · oversight of quality control, including processing results related to fund accounting services provided by Delegates or other third party service providers relating to pricing. Such oversight includes, but is not limited to, review of (a) NAV calculations and fund valuations, (b) securities pricing and resolution of pricing exceptions, and (c) calculation and preparation of any financial information or schedules; · end-of-day INAV oversight for ETFs that provide INAV · determining accounting and valuation policies, instructing Delegates and/or other service providers, and/or providing it with such advice that may be reasonably necessary, to properly account for all financial transactions and to maintain the Fund’s accounting procedures and records so as to ensure compliance with generally accepted accounting principles and tax practices and rules; and · calculating and authorizing expense accruals and payments; annual fund expense budgets; accrual analysis; rollforward calculations; payment of expenses; fees for payment to service providers; · facilitating on behalf of the Fund resolution and remediation of fund accounting issues escalated by Delegates and/or other service providers; · preparing daily NAV calculations, including all necessary component services such as valuation and particularly private company investment valuation, corporate actions processing, trade processing, and performing month-end and fiscal-period-end close processes; · recordkeeping as required; and · such other accounting services as agreed to by the parties not otherwise performed by Price Associates under the Investment Management Agreement. Administrative Services provided by Price Associates shall include, among other things: · ensuring maintenance for the Fund of all records that may be reasonably required in connection with the audit performed by the Fund’s independent registered public accountants, or by the Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”), the Internal Revenue Service (“IRS”) or such other Federal or state regulatory agencies; · cooperating with the Fund’s independent registered public accountants and taking all reasonable action in the performance of its obligations under the Agreement to assure that the necessary information is made available to such accountants for the expression of their opinion without any qualification as to the scope of their examination including, but not limited to, their opinion included in the Fund’s annual report on Form N-CSR and annual amendment to Form N-1A; · implementing and maintaining the systems, data storage and reporting necessary to perform services outlined herein; · all efforts concerning financial reporting services, including shareholder reports and financial information in regulatory filings; N-PORT and N-CEN; and other financial reporting services as necessary; · determining financial reporting policies, maintaining adequate controls over financial reporting to provide complete and accurate financial information and disclosures that are certified by officers of the Funds. Providing sub-certifications, as requested by officers of the Funds, for the adequacy of such controls and the completeness and accuracy of information included in Form N-CSR or any other form that may require certification; · periodic testing of Internal Revenue Code qualification requirements; · prepare and furnish fund performance information; · prepare and disseminate vendor survey information; · prepare and file Rule 24f-2 notices and payment; and · such other administrative services as agreed to by the parties, not otherwise performed by Price Associates under the Investment Management Agreement.

  • Construction Management Services a. A-E may be required to review and recommend approval of submittals, shop drawings, Request for Information (RFI) and/or calculations for temporary structures such as trench shoring, false work and other temporary structural forms. b. A-E may be required to review and advise the County Representative on the overall project schedule, including staging and completion dates, duration, milestones, and interfaces. Immediately notify Representative if the proposed work schedule does not conform to the contract documents, including the plans, specifications, and permits or that may require special inspection or testing, or work stoppage. c. Review on a monthly basis the project schedule and/or Critical Path Method (CPM) schedule submitted by the Construction Contractor. Make recommendations concerning the Construction Contractor’s adherence thereto. Recommend possible solutions to scheduling problems so as to complete the project on time, within budget, and in accordance with the contract drawings and specifications. d. Review scope of work and identify potential contract change orders. Prepare independent cost estimates for any changes resulting from design revisions or change in field conditions. Prepare and recommend for approval all contract change orders. e. Evaluate the merit of any potential claims or requests for equitable adjustment submitted by the Construction Contractor. Prepare analysis of potential claims include recommendations regarding settlement of the claims. f. Assist County staff in project related issues with other Agencies, or departments, engineering and material testing support firms, CEQA consultants, utilities agencies, etc. g. Assist in community outreach meetings and media relations h. Review for acceptance/approval of Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) in accordance with the general Permit of Discharges of Storm Water Associated with Construction Activity (Construction General Permit, including dewatering/diversion plans per the State’s DeMinimus Permit).

  • Care Coordination The Parties’ subcontract shall require that the Enrollee’s CP Care Coordinator provide ongoing care coordination support to the Enrollee in coordination with the Enrollee’s PCP and other providers as set forth in Section 2.6.
