Vacation Pay Date. Where an employee has mutually agreed with the department head to take his/her annual vacation entitlement in one (1) unbroken vacation or any combination of five (5) consecutive working days, payment for the period to be taken shall be made at least one (1) day before the beginning of the employee's vacation. It shall be the employee's responsibility to notify the Payroll Department prior to his/her last day worked.

Vacation Pay Date. The Company shall pay annual vacation pay to each Employee no later than July 15th of each calendar year or upon two (2) weeks written notice prior to a scheduled vacation. Scheduled vacation must be a minimum one (1) week. An Employee whose employment is terminated shall receive vacation pay at the appropriate percentage of the gross earnings during the period of entitlement in accordance with the Employee's years of service.
Vacation Pay Date. Vacation pay will be paid on the regular pay day, calculated at the employee’s base rate for the pay period in which vacation is taken.

The foregoing, however, shall not be construed to require the Company to establish any such plans or to prevent the modification or termination of such plans once established.

  • Vacation Buy Back Employees shall have the option of requesting pay in lieu of time off up to a maximum of 144 hours of vacation time each year, during each year of the contract in increments of eight (8) hrs. Such requests are subject to the approval of the department head and the availability of funds.
