Vacation/Personal Time. Employer shall be entitled to an aggregate of fourteen (14) working days paid vacation during each full year during the Term of Employment. In addition, personal time will be provided, calculated at a rate of four (4) hours during each full year during the Term of Employment.

Vacation/Personal Time. Employee shall be entitled to paid leave for vacation, and illness, as provided on the attached SCHEDULE A. Employee shall not be entitled to any additional paid absences for any reason. Unused holidays and days of vacation may not be carried over from one fiscal year to another, and additional income will not be given for vacation time or holidays not taken during any year. Employer and Employee shall mutually agree on the scheduling of Employee's vacation, holiday and leave time.

Subject to the foregoing, with respect to Transferred Employees who reside in a Non-Payout State, Buyer shall assume all liabilities for such unpaid accrued vacation and personal time of each Transferred Employee (to the extent taken into account as a proration pursuant to Section 2.08(c)), giving service credit under Buyer’s vacation and personal time policy for service with Xxxxxxxx, Tribune or any of their respective Affiliates, and shall permit Transferred Employees to use their vacation and personal time entitlement accrued as of the applicable Employment Commencement Date in accordance with Buyer’s policy for carrying over unused vacation and personal time. To the extent that Buyer’s policies do not permit a Transferred Employee who resides in a Non-Payout State to use any accrued and unused vacation and/or other personal time for which Buyer has assumed the liabilities hereunder (other than as a result of such Transferred Employee’s failure to use such vacation and/or other personal time despite his or her eligibility to do so, without adverse consequences, under Buyer’s policies), Buyer will pay such Transferred Employee who resides in a Non-Payout State for any such vacation and/or personal time at the time at which such accrued vacation and/or personal time would otherwise be lost. Notwithstanding any provision in this Agreement to the contrary, no Transferred Employee shall be entitled to receive duplicated credit for the same period of service.

Vacation/Personal Time. Physician shall be entitled to paid leave for vacation, illness, disability (“Personal Leave”) and educational purposes (“Educational Leave”) (reasonably selected at his option, but subject to patient loads and prior approval of P.A.) during each full year during the Term of Employment as follows: Physician shall be entitled to five (5) business days as Educational Leave to attend medical meetings and conventions related to YOURSPECIALTY as approved by P.A. Educational Leave shall be scheduled by Physician with approval of P.A. and shall not involve the use of more than four (4) consecutive business days without advance approval of P.A. Physician shall be entitled to twelve (12) business days Personal Leave. Physician shall be entitled to such additional Leave as is authorized by P.A. from time to time. Such leave shall not be carried over from year to year and Physician shall not be entitled to any reimbursement for leave days not used.
Vacation/Personal Time. You will be entitled to five (5) weeks’ vacation and one (1) week of personal time per calendar year. All earned vacation and personal time must be taken in the year in which it is earned; otherwise it shall be forfeited. If you should leave the Company, the value of any unearned vacation and personal time taken by you prior to your separation will be considered a debt to the Company.
