Vacation and Sick Time. Total paid time off (PTO) of 25 days (equivalent of 5 weeks) to be credited each year on Commencement Date. The 25 days are pro-rated for a resident who works at least 0.5 FTE but less than 1.0 FTE. A maximum of twenty days can be utilized as vacation days; five days are credited for use as sick time. Notwithstanding the foregoing, some Residency Programs do not entitle Residents to twenty days of vacation, in accordance with the approval of the Graduate Medical Education Committee, as noted in the GME Contract, as applicable.
A. Vacation is to be taken at the mutual convenience of the Resident and the Program Director. The standard vacation increment is a two-week block. This may vary from program to program. Increments less than one week will be approved only under exceptional circumstances.
B. For vacation purposes, five days includes Monday through Friday and contiguous weekend days preceding and following the five-day block.
C. All vacation days must be approved in advance by the Program Director.
D. Resident may not receive pay in lieu of vacation.
E. Unused days may not be carried over from year to year.
Vacation and Sick Time. The Executive shall not earn, accrue, or receive vacation or floating holidays. The Executive shall be entitled to take paid vacation on an as needed basis, subject to the approval of the Chief Executive Officer, so long as the Executive’s absence from work does not interfere with the performance of the Executive’s job duties and the interests of the Company. Notwithstanding this provision, the Executive shall be eligible for sick time in accordance with the Company’s sick time policy and entitled to any leave of absence for which the Executive would otherwise be eligible in accordance with Company policy or any applicable local, state or federal law.
Vacation and Sick Time. The Executive shall be entitled to twenty-five (25) accruable paid vacation and/or sick days per calendar year, in accordance with the Employer's vacation/sick day policy as applicable to employees generally. Vacation shall be taken upon reasonable advance notice to the Employer, and at such times, so as not to interfere with the proper operation of the Employer's business. The Executive shall be entitled to accrue days not taken during his employment and will be paid out following his resignation or termination.
Vacation and Sick Time. Executive shall be entitled to three weeks' paid vacation per year and up to ten paid sick/personal days per year; provided that, subject to, and in accordance with, Company policies applicable to all similarly situated executives, any vacation not taken during any given year shall accrue and must be taken by Executive by April 30th of the subsequent year.

Employee shall be entitled to take four (4) weeks of paid vacation per year, plus a limited amount of paid time off for sickness, disability, or other personal reasons in accordance with the Employer's general time-off policies in effect from time to time for its employees. There is no cash payment for unused vacation and other unused paid time off benefits. Unused vacation and other unused paid time off benefits do not carry over from year to year.

Executive shall be entitled to take up to five (5) weeks of paid vacation per year, plus a limited amount of paid time off for sickness, disability, or other personal reasons in accordance with the Corporation's general time off policies in effect from time to time for its senior executives.
Vacation and Sick Time. Vacation hours and sick time hours will be charged against the employee’s banked time in conjunction with the schedule (i.e. hour for hour).
Vacation and Sick Time. Associate shall receive any accrued but unused vacation time as of January 31, 2012, not to exceed total vacation time accruals on an annual basis as set forth in the employee handbook payable with regular Xxxxxxx Xxxxx payroll on January 31, 2012. While on administrative leave, Associate will not accrue sick or vacation time.
Vacation and Sick Time. Employee shall be entitled to four (4) weeks of vacation per year of the Employment Period and shall accumulate sick leave at the same rate per year as all other employees of the Bank and the Bancorp. Notwithstanding any terms of the Bank’s or the Bancorp’s personnel policy to the contrary, any unused sick leave shall carry forward to the next year until used, but in no event shall any compensation for unused sick leave be due to Employee upon his resignation or upon the termination of his employment for any reason, including his death or disability. Vacation time shall accrue and may be carried forward to the next year to the extent permitted by Bank’s or Bancorp’s policy and California law.
Vacation and Sick Time. Exclusive of any Company holidays established by the Board, Toews shall be entitled to four (4) weeks (exclusive of Saturdays, Sundays and statutory holidays) of vacation per year with full continuance of the Fee. If Toews is unable for any reason to take the total amount of vacation time authorized herein in any year, he may take double salary in lieu thereof or he may carry over two weeks of that time and add it to his authorized vacation time for the immediately following year only, or he may take a combination thereof. Toews shall be entitled to be absent due to illness twenty (20) days per year with full pay and continuance of the Fee. If at the end of the year Toews has any unused leave for illness, such unused leave shall be carried over to the succeeding year only.
