Vehicle Reimbursement. Any employee who is not given a car allowance and who is authorized to use his/her own vehicle in pursuance of his/her duties shall be reimbursed for the usage of his/her vehicle. The rate of reimbursement shall be the current IRS rate then in effect. Requests for mileage reimbursement shall be made in accordance with College procedures.
Vehicle Reimbursement. A. Any employee who, with authorization, uses his/her personal vehicle on Township business will be eligible for mileage reimbursement at the maximum rate permitted by the Internal Revenue Service.
Vehicle Reimbursement. Chairman shall be entitled to a Car Allowance of $1,000 per month, which shall be paid periodically together with Chairman’s salary. The Chairman’s vehicle should be, above all, highly reliable, safe and secure for the user, while meeting some of the user’s personal preferences and needs.
Vehicle Reimbursement. This reimbursement for any expenses shall include, but not be limited to, the pay for the use of private automobiles at the rate per mile fixed by the Internal Revenue Service for business travel deductions. Use of private vehicles by employees shall only be after prior approval has been acquired from the Service Director or Department Head and no City vehicles are available.
Vehicle Reimbursement. MANAGER will be paid the amount designated in the Executive Employee Resolution for the use of his personal vehicle for CITY business, with future increases to be determined as part of the Executive Resolution or as amended by action of CITY.

Effective July 1, 2003, an employee who regularly uses his or her vehicle in the service of the Board and who has 150 miles or more documented each month will receive two hundred and fifty dollars ($250) in reimbursement each month. An employee who regularly uses his or her vehicle in the service of the Board and who has less than 150 miles documented shall receive the current I.R.S. rate for all documented miles. An employee who regularly uses a Board and/or Town of Westport vehicle in the service of the Board shall not be eligible for reimbursement under this provision.
B. An employee who uses his or her personal vehicle in service of the Board shall be reimbursed at the I.R.S. rate for all documented miles. Should the employee using his or her personal vehicle in service of the Board incur 150 or more documented miles in a month, the employee shall also receive a payment of $250 for each month that the employee incurs 150 or more documented miles (in addition to the I.R.S. rate for all documented miles). Should an employee using his or her personal vehicle in service of the Board incur less than 150 miles in one month but 150 or more documented miles in one year (July 1 – June 30), the employee shall receive a one-time payment of $250 in addition to the I.R.S. rate for mileage. It is expressly understood and agreed that these payments are subject to appropriate state and/or federal tax treatment (Form 1099 and/or wage withholdings).
Vehicle Reimbursement. On and after the effective date of the Agreement, the Executive shall be entitled to receive a leased vehicle reimbursement amount of Seven Hundred Dollars ($700.00) per month.

The Consultant’s vehicle should be, above all, highly reliable, safe and secure for the user, while meeting some of the user’s personal preferences and needs.

Vehicle Reimbursement. Head of School, when using the Head of School’s personal vehicle for the performance of duties as set forth herein, shall be reimbursed for expenses related to such duties at a rate in accordance with board policy. Head of School shall be responsible for carrying the appropriate amount of auto insurance and for all maintenance work required on the vehicle.
