Use of District Facilities and Equipment. Subject to scheduling and availability, the Association may meet within District facilities outside teacher work hours and during the ten-minute Association building meeting allowed under Article IV.N of this Agreement. The Association’s use of District facilities must be without disruption to the school’s operation. The Association may also have reasonable use of District equipment on District property (e.g., photocopy machines, projectors, screens, etc.). Such uses of District facilities and equipment shall not interfere with the conduct of school business nor in any case take precedence over school needs, and any materials used or other costs incurred shall be reimbursed by the Association
Use of District Facilities and Equipment. The Association shall have the right to reasonable use of District facilities, including meeting rooms, equipment and bulletin boards for the conduct of Association business, provided such use does not interfere with the Employer's operations. The Association shall pay a reasonable cost for use of all materials, supplies and equipment. Association materials may be sent through inter-school mail and shall be clearly marked as Association materials. Copies of general Association announcements shall be provided for each building principal.
Use of District Facilities and Equipment. With the prior approval of the building principal or the Superintendent, the Association may use District equipment and facilities, provided said approval shall not be unreasonably denied. Such use shall in no case take precedence over school needs and any materials used or other costs incurred shall be reimbursed by the Association.
Use of District Facilities and Equipment. The Association and its representatives will be able to use school facilities for meetings, provided the proper administrator has been contacted and the Association agrees to pay reasonable costs in the event there are any special costs to the District.
Use of District Facilities and Equipment. A. The Exclusive Representative shall have the right to use employee mailboxes and e-mail on non-work hours for communication with bargaining unit members.
B. The Exclusive Representative shall have a bulletin board in each building for posting of union-related notices.
Use of District Facilities and Equipment. The Board and the Administration will allow the Association to use available district facilities for committee, general or building employee meetings outside of school attendance hours as long as the request does not impede the normal progress of school activities. The Association shall have the right to request the use of equipment (computers and copiers) free of charge but material and service will be charged on a cost basis. The Association will also be allowed to use employee mail boxes and the District’s inter-school mail service and employee bulletin boards.
Use of District Facilities and Equipment. With the prior approval of the Chief of Police or his designee, Chapter representatives may use Village copy machines and fax machines. Such use shall not take precedence over Village needs and any materials used or other costs incurred shall be reimbursed by the Chapter if requested by the Village.

Use of District Facilities and Equipment. 6.1.1 The District authorizes the Association to use the District's facilities and building at times other than normal working hours and hours of student instruction in accordance with rules and regulation adopted by the Board for use of school facilities.
6.1.2 The Association shall pay for the cost of all materials and supplies incident to each use.
6.1.3 The Association agrees to leave facilities, building, and/or equipment used in clean and orderly condition.
Use of District Facilities and Equipment. Duly authorized representatives of the Association shall be permitted to transact official Association business on District property at all times that shall not interfere with or interrupt classroom activities or normal District operations, and no more than five (5) such representatives shall be permitted in District buildings at any one (1) time without prior, written consent of the Superintendent.
