Volunteer Hours Pilot Program. Employees will receive 24 hours of paid time each fiscal year to volunteer with an organization that supports the Santa Xxxxxx community. The volunteer activities shall not create a conflict of interest with the employee’s current area of responsibility or be adverse to the City. Employees must complete the Association Business form. The Association Business form will require a brief statement regarding the time spent volunteering. The City will make reasonable efforts to track this time via either Kronos or Xxxxx Xxxxx. This pilot program will sunset effective at the end of this Agreement on June 30, 2023.

  • TEACHING HOURS AND TEACHING LOAD A. As professionals, teachers are expected to devote to their assignments the time necessary to meet their responsibilities, but they shall not be required to “clock in or clock out” by hours and minutes. Teachers shall indicate their presence for duty by placing their signature and time in the proper column of the faculty “sign-in” roster.

  • Volunteers The use of volunteers to perform bargaining unit work, as covered by this agreement, shall not be expanded beyond the extent of existing practice as of June 1, 1986. The Hospital shall submit to the Union, at three (3) month intervals, the number of volunteers for the current month and the number of hours worked and the duties performed.

  • Requirement for Project Planning No physical work will begin on the construction site until the receipt of a Proceed Order issued by the Owner. Failure of the Contractor to provide the necessary documentation for the issuance of a Proceed Order shall not entitle the Contractor to any extension of time. If a Proceed Order is not issued within sixty days from the award of the Contract and non-issuance is due to nonperformance by the Contractor, the Contractor may be in default.

  • Training Program It is agreed that there shall be an Apprenticeship Training Program, the provisions of which are set forth in Exhibit "C", which is attached hereto and forms part of this Agreement.
